My 6-month Bumble Premium subscription renewed automatically, and Bumble refused to refund the payment. Its automated support wouldn't let me speak to a human, and the customer service email address I found is no longer active. In Germany, § 309 Nr. 9 BGB restricts automatic fixed-term contract extensions. I expected Bumble to take German consumer protection seriously and provide accessible customer support. Very disappointing experience.

Trash. Can't even speak to a human to get support.

It's a complete scam. I bought Premium for a week, says I'm out of people to view after 20 minutes. I live in London! So, I basically reset my parameters to EVERYTHING just to see. Still said I was out of people.

I've got onto their customer service bot, it's sent an email, and apparently someone will get in touch after seven days, by which the subscription will be terminated!

They've ruined this once excellent app with greed.

Another vapid dating app that promises the world, charges you for it..... And doesn't deliver. Full of fakes and profiles from 4000 miles away.

First they made me pay the full payment for a lifetime membership, then when I want to renew the account because I don't get any matches, they don't respond to my request to connect the lifetime membership to my account. So that makes them liars.

Unfortunately I can’t leave zero stars but would if that were allowed. This site appears to be legal extortion, do not touch it. I paid for the premium service and found a few ladies I liked. I sent a message to 2 of them and when trying to make contact with another was blocked and this is where the extortion comes in, you have to pay for messages. They sell them in blocks, 30 messages for £59.99, £2 per message. This should not be allowed but please be warned it is. Premium service, not a chance - I have cancelled my subscription and will not continue with this or any other dating site that scams people. Shame on you!!

The account was blocked because a woman was frustrated that I hadn’t replied to her and she wasn’t in any mood to understand humour and bumble blocked and refused to explain to me the real reason
Also I had 2 different women message me and they had the same profile photo
So bumble are creating fake profiles!!!!

bullshit app, never really shows your profile to anyone unless you pay their shitty membership

I would give 0 stars if possible. It glitches, doesn't open, voicerecording glitches, half of the features don't work half of the time. Like 'ontdekken'. Stayed empty for more than a week. No likes, while on FB dating it's flooding and on other apps. Cancelled payment and it still went through, and I don't get a restitution. Bad service and help. It's a nightmare.

For years id used this app, years, and all of a sudden, im blocked forever, whilst a paying customer, who in that time had reported many many indecent images on profiles and scammers to help keep the platform safe, none of that was valued.
The mere fact that women message first goes against equality, how can it be in the name of safety when they too have chosen to swipe a man.
The system DOES NOT PROTECT MEN, as a victim of DV, bumble became a lifeline for me as my confidence was shattered for years, online helped me, yet BUMBLE claimed i had broken rules, failed to explain to me how, and blocked me!
No investigation whatso ever.
I firmly believe that women have the upper hand and if thet dont like you, they simply get a thrill out of reporting you, for nothing.
Hence why i was blocked, i contacted bumble to investigate and show me where i had send any form of abuse, they failed to reply.

I was treated unfairly and unjustly judged.
Why cant BUMBLE stop the millions of ilegal african and oriental scammer profiles which hound men??

Scam with automatic renewal of the subscription.
I deactivated the automatic renewal when I made the subscription and today I received an email that my subscription was renewed.
Do not subscribe in these services, it is a total waste of money and time.

Zero stars.
I had to delete and renew my profile and my subscription wouldn't transfer over. I spent easily 6 total hours trying to it figure out, every possible avenue, and it's not possible. No customer service, just a low- quality AI bot that just loops around the same responses.
I finally canceled my subscription which took another 2 hours. I almost had to call Amex to block renewal.
It's essentially become a typical app scam where they hope enough people just give up and eventually forget they're subscription will renew. The practice should be considered criminal.

The app has glitches, and support provides evasive, incorrectly pre-scripted, or unworkable. There is no way to speak with a real person; you can only interact with an AI.
Because of these app errors, you could end up missing out on a truly compatible match.

I can Honestly advise both men and women. As a man I found it full of mental health problems or offers of sex involving payment.. customer service is non existent. Was good once. However now share holders run it.

So I have been trying for weeks to get a hold of someone which is the only person I get a hold of is an AI machine so I can get a refund for inappropriate behavior from gentleman who are on that dating site which is against their rules. I've been getting the run around from AI for 2 weeks now I can't get a hold of anybody there is no person to contact I've canceled my subscription but I still want my refund I recommend no one using this dating site it is the worst out there

Spent 100’s of dollars and never landed a date! Don’t waste your energy

Bumble likes to play games with its subscribers. They will send ur profile to someone to far away but not close!!! I have been on the site for 4years an had alot of profiles with in 1 mile or 2 of me an never get a response! This is what they do to get you to join or get money out of people!!! Bumble Bullshit!!!

fakes and wannabe-influencers.

Lots of fakes (one photo only, ai generated photos, catfish) and for some reasons lots of ladies in sunglasses behind a plate of food, always on holiday. The same type of profiles over and over again, as if nobody has any imagination at all.

I suspect bumble of placing pictures of attractive women (and probably men) there so we will buy 'superlikes' or paid memberships.

I am craving a dating app where I can really express what I am looking for, and that is showing people with real faces without sunglasses, filters and bikinis. an app that forbids photos on boats, tropical islands, spas and gyms. It refuses people behind a plate or holding a glass of white wine. Filling in a profile with your own words is required. AI is detected and results in automatic removal of a profile. If you type cliche's the app will say: '7256 people said the same thing'.

Can't be that hard to make an honest dating app.
