Really happy with our experience with budtenders.de. I reached out with a question about my partner's Classic ProtoPipe and got a fast, reply reply. They went above and beyond and that made such a big difference.

The pipe itself has been great too. My partner is genuinely impressed with the craftsmanship, it's well made, easy to clean and very convenient to use day to day. We liked it so much that we ended up ordering a second pipe, the Voyager model this time, and we can't wait to receive it.

woooooow. just wow, Best customer experience ever, first time posting a review on the internet but it felt wrong not to. I got the product only after 48 hours (international shipping). They were very fast to answer my questions aswell. I really like this type of customer service, fair prices and unique stuff that i dont see often i EU!!!
