Order came after 13 days without any…
Order came after 13 days without any message that it would be delayed or anything. Then when it came the bag (of cat litter) was ruptured and all the litter was lose in the box. Very bad experience, won't order again.

This was 1 time and never again,
We order food for our puppy on monday the 8th thinking we would get it in 1-3 days as per their own advertisement (if it was any longer i would have bought elsewhere on my way home)
Yet after the 4th day still no update or email or message of delays, and then we ran out of food Saturday (as mentioned if you advertise with 1-3 days you expect it to be there before the food ran out) and we are forced to buy food locally in the supermarket which is completely different then the one he normally gets.
We are forced to feed our dog the wrong food or starve it cause they can not deliver it on time, and today they finally replied and said yea we are busy so wait till we might send it one of these days with DPD and maybe you get it sometime. 1-3 days is not 9+days and if they are busy at least say deliver 2weeks+ instead of 1-3 days.

My order from 3/12 could not be delivered to Switzerland and I am still waiting for my refund (CHF 33.79)

I made my order 29.11.2025. The order was never shipped. In a week I asked to cancel it. I am still not refunded. Customer service ignores all the emails.
The shop is strongly not recommended.

Very late delivery
Slightly cheaper prices (2-5€ over a 60-70€ purchase) don't justify 10 days to deliver some packaged dog food.
I will not order again from them.

Cans arrived dented, some quite badly.
I ordered expensive canned dog food for urinary support. I received the cans fairly quick. Unfortunately, almost half were dented. Even though they were on a cardboard sleeve and plastic wrapped. I am not sure how the cans in the middle of the sleeve were so badly dented, unless they were packed dented.
I will not order from Brekz again.

We ordered dogs food on March 1, today is March 11 and it is still NOT delivered! 7th working day !!!
Meanwhile Brekz sent me about 10 e-mails with different information and finally DPD sent the parcel to a parcel shop/pick-up center instead!!! Awful service and awful experience. I would like to cancel my order now.

They are sending you the wrong goods and when you complain immediately and want to send it back, they reply very very late and tell you, in which time you have to complain ( which was very much in time) and that you have to do everything, paying for the postage etc...No apology, nothing. Instead very rude. They don't
seem to care about any service for the customers.
Even their products are not really of good quality, and they lack many good companies of good food.
I can only advise to keep away from buying there. There are much better companies for us customers with animals, who care about service.

I was really puzzled since the previous orders were delivered in France where I live.
