Great customer service
Issues with the dimensions of the mirror cabinet (manufacturer's mistake) meant I had to send it back but Brand New Bathrooms' Customer Service were excellent in acknowledging the issue, collecting the items and organising my refund.

Excellent delivery and returns process
Product (freestanding taps) arrived quickly and well packaged, looked lovely quality. Unfortunately the fittings didn't quite work with our setup so we had to return them - was an easy returns process and collection was arranged by the company.

Great service from start to finish though courier service questionable. No updates during delivery, items left outside of an empty house around what must have been 4:30pm. No signature needed, fortunately we went to our house to complete further renovations at 6pm and found the items outside. Could have been left there all night to be water damaged or even stolen.
