to their response: not only has order number been provided through this platform, extensive, extensive communication with vendor at time of purchase/waiting for items that never came.
They were extremely rude, condescending, tried to ridicule me and call me a liar, never resolved the issue. Now they are trying to have bad reviews removed by trying to claim bad experiences never happened!
