No mention of this being a 'Cryo' support. No mention of not being able to use heat packs in it. Not until you open the packaging, after you've paid for it of course. Misleading advertisement. It works well for the ice, but i wanted the heat aspect too. When i signed up to get the 10% discount code, it didn't work. Then they gave me a 5% Discount code. REALLY? I had to wait for them to bug me again before I got the 10% off.

The instructions for assembly are vague. Item was expensive and was Poor quality, looks like this was made in someone’s basement or garage. I have ordered their stuff before and it was good. Apparently Coreflex sold their business??

Great brace, everything I was hoping it would do for support.
Great brace, the strip holding it together that goes up the back of your leg should have padding. It does become uncomfortable after time as it bends during the day.
