Hi Aimee,

Thank you for the feedback but we double checked our emails with you and our contact was pretty short and no spelling mistakes were made. Also, we could not find an account with you so it seems you are talking about a different website?

Are you sure, you played on www.blitz.be? Since it looks that you are from the UK and we can only have Belgian customers..

Please let us know and if it is for another website could you please update your review?

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify this for you. In Belgium it is legally prohibited for online casinos to offer any type of bonus. For that reason Blitz does not provide welcome offers or promotions.
