One article of my order arrived broken
One article of my order arrived broken. I explained the situation directly in the online chatbot. I received a mail from Marla/Blaine Customer Service asking me pictures of the damage. Their mail after was to propose to me (1) to be sent again the samedi article or (2) to be refunded.
Very professional and fast file treatment for an online store. Hope this level of service will be assured in the long term.

Most beautiful artificial tree!
I don't usually write reviews but I am so pleased with the preserved Brillifolium, it is the most beautiful artificial tree I have ever seen, I have already ordered another of their preserved trees and will order more in the future. I contacted them about delivery and had immediate replies. LOVE this company!

Not impressed
Hello, my bamboo minimal looks really bare compared to the advertised one.
There are big gaps that are impossible to fill, there is no way I can pass that off as a
real plant.
I am so disappointed,please can you send me one like your advertised one?

Still waiting for my delivery. Have made numerous attempts at contacting the company via e-mail asking where my order is. They send a link with tracking, but the tracking system doesn't work ! Not happy at all.....

I was worried though when it arrived due to the battered condition of the packaging.

The company is less than helpful when it comes to delivery. I made an order and received an un satosfactory delivery date. The response from the team was un friendly unhelpful and stone cold corporate . I won't be using them again

Misleading marketing and very fake looking plants.
We own a small business, so this was a large investment for us, and it was really a waste. The customer service was pretty good - and then we actually got our products, and it was pretty disappointing. The website said the plants are 'handcrafted' - and this couldn't be less true. I reached out to Blaine to express that we are unhappy, and was left on read twice (they have a whatsapp customer support).
Overall, we grossly overpaid for what we received, I went to IKEA last week and the plants are literally 1/4th of the price and look more realistic. Very disappointing and truly not worth the price at all.

I can’t speak to the quality of the…
I can’t speak to the quality of the product as I still have not recieved it. It has been almost two weeks and only now do I come to find that my “free shipping” wasn’t very free at all as it had to pass through customs?
I wouldn’t mind if it was a negligible amount of money, but it has cost me 47 pounds just to get it through customs and I still have no idea when the package is arriving. I am extremely disappointed this was not made clear when I made the purchase. Calling it “free” shipping is incredibly misleading and has cost me, the customer. I was looking forward to these plants and now it’s just going to leave a bad taste in my mouth
