I've been ordering from Blackcircle for 6 years. Every transaction is simple and fast. They average 2 days delivered to my door. I need a little help this time and Edward went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Can't recommend them enough!

They had the tire in stock at a good price. Delivery to my home fast. The downside is that the Tires are a year old according to the date code on them and they were not wrapped or protected in any way and got slightly beat up. This is my second purchase from Black Circles and I consider then a very good choice, but small improvements are needed to make it 5 star.

Excellent tires, excellent price and delivery to my door was only 4 days! And the shipping was free! Outstanding and exactly as they advertise!

Ordered 4 tires for delivery to the shop. After 8 days, only 3 tires arrived, due to incorrect address. The 4th tire took another 17 days to arrive, due to barcode label unreadable, could not locate recipient, delvery attempted on 3 consecutive Saturdays when shop is closed on Saturdays. 25 days total. Blackcircles staff repeatedly advised they would investigate and provide me with information, but they provided nothing. The price of the tires was good, but in hindsight I would have paid more to avoid this type of shit show. You get what you pay for.

I recently used Black Circle for the first time, I had only ever used Costco before and will be going back for my next set. Initially everything seemed good with ordering and delivery notifications to the installer. When I went for my appt this week I was told the sensors were not received and to contact Black Circle for replacement or a refund. This also involves me paying twice for an installation appt that was not my fault ($120). Dealing with customer service has not been good - I was told twice that the parts were delivered and there was no further help to be had, out $250. They said they would call the garage, they did not. I had to call the garage to contact Black Circle. Now I'm on the hook for another $120 to install the sensors when they arrive, I won't be using Black Circle services again.

Put someone in shipping that knows how to ship to home.
1st shipment 2 yrs ago went without hitch. This one total flop, shipped to wrong town with severe limits on time for pickup 1.25 hr drive then tried to say my location is remote. I even remind them some shippers were picky and who to use. Total crap.

Online site doesn't specify what wheel seat type it is and customer service is not knowledgable or doesn't help at all.

First customer service agent I got matched with didn't message me at all and just ignored me for 30 minutes. Second agent kept not confirming whether a wheel I wanted was a flat seat or ball seat or if it will fit on my car. Product page doesn't even have product number for me to check on manufacturer's website to confirm.

This whole interaction left a terrible taste in my mouth and ended up buying from PMC Tire for an even better price and service. PMC Tire was even able to double check fitment and reply to my email on the weekend before my order started being processed.

Fast and prompt service, ordered and delivered in 3days to Nova Scotia. Great price.
