Vi beklagar att du upplevt problem med själva leveransen. Vi kan dock inte se att du varit i kontakt med vår kundtjänst gällande detta - annars hade vi gärna hjälpt dig med kontakten med speditören!
Enligt information från transportören fick de inget svar vid de första kontaktförsöken inför leveransen. De senare kontaktförsöken lyckades dock, och leveransen kunde därefter genomföras efter att godset väntat på terminalen i ungefär en vecka till följd av utebliven kontakt.
Vi har samtidigt förståelse för att fördröjningen upplevdes frustrerande och tar med oss din feedback vidare.

The products is not the same color as the web sites pictures.
It is outlet prise and I buy so many and its gonna cost a lot to return it. So I lost lots money for the products.
Never buy cheap thing again ...

we are sorry to hear that this product did not meet your expectations. As stated on our website some of the images showed oiled products and some showed the untreated version you purchased. It is very hard to showcase an exact colour on a digital screen as everyones screen differ in how it shows colour, this is why we recommend ordering samples. I can see that my colleagues have been in contact with you to help you with a possible return.

We are working on taking photos of our floors in home environments, but we want to be able to present genuine photos and do not want to photoshop our floors into pictures, so this takes time. However, it is possible to enlarge the small pictures on our website to see a larger photo with more planks as an overview. This can be complemented with the free samples we ship.
