Do not subscribe

Do not subscribe! it's impossible to cancel the subscription when you sign and it was not clear it was for 6 months! I tried to cancel the subscription after 3 moths because I don't like the taste and I cannot drink it anymore, but they don't reply.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're genuinely sorry to hear that BIOGENA ONE hasn't met your expectations, especially when it comes to the taste. We understand how disappointing that can be, particularly when you've committed to a subscription.

We also understand your frustration regarding the minimum subscription term. Our previous 6-month subscription included a commitment of 6 deliveries, which was outlined during the ordering process. While early cancellation isn't possible under these terms, you can cancel your subscription once the agreed minimum term has been completed.

Our Customer Service team has been in touch with you on several occasions to explain the available options, and we're sorry that we haven't been able to offer the solution you were hoping for.

We do take feedback like yours seriously. In fact, we've recently introduced a new flexible subscription without a minimum commitment, giving new customers more freedom to pause or cancel whenever they wish.

Okay, but suboptimal experience

Seems ok in terms of the ingredients you get for the price tag, but the taste is something you really have to force yourself to do every morning. What really bothers me is that, after your initial subscription runs out, you can accidentally extend it by another 12 months by clicking the wrong button in your profile. There is no confirmation step, and you won't get any feedback that anything happened. You can accidentally press something on the screen (which is easy to do on mobile), and it immediately extends your subscription for another 12 months without telling you anything.

What's even worse is that there seems to be no customer support. I've tried to reach anyone multiple times over the past months with different topics, and not a single time did I receive a response. I've had to block them in my banks to cancel the subscription.
