The order was late but they kept me updated all the way, and the delivery didn’t go well and the shed got damaged, but the shed maker was fantastic the replacement was delivered within 4 days so thumbs up , haven’t put it up yet so fingers crossed it goes well .

The online site was easy to use and the product good value

Non delivery, I bought a treehouse for my grandchildren, the delivery was supposed to be 5 weeks ,I am still waiting 8 weeks later, with no communication, contacted them they have no date for delivery and they have not even started making it, it's a ridiculous amount of time, they weren't so slow in taking payment ,I would recommend people avoid this company.

A little late on delivery however I was kept informed throughout. The greenhouse was relatively easy to erect and instructions easy to follow. For the price I am very pleased with it.

If I could give half s star that would be too much, the quality of materials are shocking, I work in a timber/ironmongery industry and would not survive long selling materials of this quality, the instructions are poor, I've had to add extra timber to this project or I would deem it extremely unsafe, the so called upgraded ladder us a joke, I can't even find anywhere on there Web page to log a complaint so I've come straight here, I would not recommend this company or product, luckily the kids like it but doubt it will last more than a couple of years without major work to keep it going which I will do because they like it, ignorance is bliss as they say.

AVOID AVOID this company at all costs they should be ashamed. multiple things wrong from the delivery of the shed wrong day wrong time they give us. windows to small and dinted felt ripped to wood split all way across more knots that owt else gaps everywhere. Could of made a rocking chair with the door supports they just snapped. Ive contacted customer service twice told to send pictures and codes to which I did both times. So please billyoh please don't reply with contact customer service cos I have TWICE. No instructions.

The delivery driver was very helpful and polite. We did have a couple issues with the summerhouse, we where missing one middle pole for the roof should have had three but only had two and short on some screws as well.

Slower despatch time to estimated. I ordered the Lincoln 4000 clear window, wooden greenhouse, we had to buy some extra wood as the purlins on the pack were too weak and in 2 pieces. We purchased once 6ft piece in a thicker dimension to make the roof fit. On the whole it looks lovely now it's up, but it wasn't as easy as the instructions were quite basic to follow.

Not just fast and efficient service but also great follow up information to help when it arrives too.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!! AVOID!!!!! I waited months for what I thought was going to be a good quality shed. When it arrived it was put together by a joiner as per the instructions. Within 2 months the shed was literally falling to pieces with huge gaps and movement everywhere. When I reached out for help they blamed the paint of all things

Some of the wood was warped especially the window beading, and some were snapped in two. There are plenty of knot holes throughout which will let rain in and some wall planks were not fitting properly showing daylight through. The doors didn’t fit properly and so I had to shave some off. One of the window panes was 0.75ins too short so I had to add a small beading to make it fit.
One of the side panels is a completely different colour wood from the rest, it looks like part of a pallet! I’ve had some comments about this from friends – not good ones.
It was over delivery date and not when I was told it would be delivered. Some of the parts were numbered and some not, making it hard to to work out.

Great service. Fast delivery .Good value for money 6x6 plastic shed. Although most plastic sheds are a challenge to put together ( this was our second shed) we were very happy with the result . Decent instructions. No issues, would purchase from again.

Twisted purlin replaced quickly and extra parts ordered came quickly but untreated as ordered replacements arrived soon after.

No communication untill late minute, then unfortunately we were away, arranged a new delivery date, did not arrive even after phoning to make sure it was on its way, was told it it will be until the following monday, phone on the Monday to told there was no delivery slot scheduled, they sorted out a time for that day then was told there was no driver, eventually arranged at 6.30pm that day after a few more phone calls . Order is all there as far as we can tell as we have had big problems putting it together, non of the panels match and some are bigger than they should be so have had to alter them. Every piece of wood is bad worped, panels have lots of knots which has slit and come out so now have lots of holes, have now spent other £200.00 on wood to correct and strathen it, Customer Service was ok when we phoned them about the delivery date. it was the delivery company that we had problems with.

Ordered a 3k pent log cabin, with upgraded floor, roof, thicker walls, pressure treated, doubled glazing, 1k of extras. Don’t waste your money, I should have read the reviews on here first as I feel into the trap. Wrong items delivered, damaged items. After 3 weeks the T&G become planks as they all shrink 10mm, walls shrink and twist. Windows and doors have to be adjusted weekly. Company responses are it’s a natural product so no responsibility. Would never recommend.

You took a while delivering. The quality was what I expected considering the price. I put extra flooring plasterboard and plastered. The door frame was unstable put right with more wood and larger screws
I spent another £500.00 so for £1,500 l have a nice summer house.

I was excited for the delivery of the 12x8 pent shed that I had ordered. However that feeling quickly went when I unpacked it and started building. I had numerous missing parts for the panels, warped timber including the doors. Tongue and groove roof panels which were mostly split or snapped on the tongue. Then after forcing it plumb I went to do the felt on the roof. Then realised there was no way near enough. No idea why it was so poor but I should have checked the reviews prior to buying. I was hoping for at least a shed which was practical for basic storage but this isn’t it.

This is the second summerhouse I’ve bought from this company, well made and packaged, good communication, and very good price, I’m a retired joiner and can honestly state that this company cares about what they make, and their customers.
