Old meat and drowning in flamingo
We continue to get old meat, sometimes even discounted meat (paid full price) and one day over last sell date. We often get milk or meat on last day of sale at full price.
We are drowning in flamingo boxes too. They leave the same amount of boxes we put out but suddenly there is no room in the car.
Asking support about it that is not an issue since it is a service they take back the old boxes and he do not give a shit.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. My order was left outside of main entrance of my apartment building when I had given the door code for my order to be placed on the 2nd floor infront of my apartment. I did not received any emails or sms when my order was delivered, my son found only 3 boxes of my orders. This is very bad customer service and I constantly experience this from Bilkatogo. No more am I going to use this service, very very bad service. The drivers don't care about deliveries.

The charging cable of my acer laptop is…
The charging cable of my acer laptop is not working . The laptop i bought in January 2024 and when I went to Bilka to Go i told them i dnt have the invoice with me since this bought last year but when they keep asking for the exact date when i bought and then I spend half hour to check all my statements and let them know about the exact date of 24 January 2024 but still they want me to wait 20 more minutes once they will confirm from their senior and all . Since the laptop is in warranty and they ask me for 300 kr for the new wire and the old wire they will gonna send it to their technician and that take an month so i have to switch on my laptop anyhow I can't wait a month to fix the issue and for that they need a month. They should have to give me a wire without any charge and dnt have to resist me with the exact date as they should have to introduce any updating software where they can easily check all my purchasing which i done from Bilka rather bothering customers to keep all the invoices from 12 months or older that's my advice for their future smooth customer relation. But I can't except this much service from any well known Danish company especially like bilka. I really feel stuck and helpless here.
After read the reply, I want to say one thing here, when I show them my bank statement and let them know about the exact date of purchase they still asked for the invoice by saying that we can't find any transaction on that day and without invoice they can't do anything. After spending more half hour in order to find an invoice atlast l, I show them the digital copy of the invoice only after then the executive initiate the process. They initiated the process after the invoice not when I show them my bank statement.

I place my grocery order 11th of Jan and they have delivered to a wrong address, and I have contacted them with phone, email and chat few times, still have no feedback and no replacement, can anyone expect to get grocery shopping in 4 days?

They are just tricking the people
They are just tricking the people! 2 times I ordered kød and they made 2 times same things. I selected the pick up time on 18:00 but they send to me an email after 18:00 and said the stock out but when I go inside and check I saw that they have the product! They made same thing 2 times. The custumer service leader was so rude and they dont care about fairless of their act!
They just say if you want ypu can complain!

Our First Order Was Wonderful
My Baby Bunny Della, my husband and myself received our first order from BilkaToGo this morning and I have to say it was a wonderful experience. Unusual way of delivering the order, overnight - by 6am actually - but it was there as promised and the delivery driver was as quiet as a mouse, we heard nothing outside at all. Very highly recommended by us here and we will be using this service again. Well done and thank you.
