Overall positive shopping experience. I enjoyed the ease of ordering and the great deals that I got. The shipping was a little troubling. My order was accepted by the Amazon shipping partner and the shipping info never changed for a week and a half+ w/no update. It went so long I was going to ask customer service about my order but just blew it off instead and was patient. Then my order showed up. Turned out OK in the end.

Long time customer, first time reviewer
BTD has been my primary retailer for all my biking needs over the past 5 years. Amazing service on both the sales and return side of things. For instance, I was in store for a return and wanted to pick up an unrelated item; they were able to get that item to me and discounted it, because they knew it was going to be on sale in a few days. Can't beat these deals. Don't really trust the authenticity of some of the bike parts sourced from Amazon.
