The skirt arrived. The quality is fine, but it didn't fit me well. When I asked to return it, I was told it had to have the bag it came in, so without that, there would be a $10 charge (for a plastic bag with the code on it!!!!!) plus postage at my own expense.
I'm extremely disappointed and won't be buying from this company again.
