REAL SCAM!!!! You cannot login by email anymore for weeks. At first the system asked for a code that never came through, then itsaid there will be a login link that never came through, now it denies everything. For sending a ticket to the not existing customer service it asks as well for a code that never gets through. BE AWARE my money has gone!!!!

My experience with Bitrefill was incredibly disheartening. I attempted to purchase a gift card, only for my order to remain in an endless processing loop. Reaching out to their support team proved futile; I received nothing but generic, unhelpful replies. Now, I'm left in limbo, unsure if I'll ever see my money or the gift card I paid for. It feels like my funds have simply vanished. I had higher expectations for Bitrefill based on Trustpilot reviews, but this was a completely frustrating and disappointing ordeal.

This experience was a complete nightmare. I attempted to buy a Nintendo eShop card, and while my funds were taken, the card never materialized. My repeated attempts to reach support over several days were met with absolute radio silence. It feels like a blatant theft – they simply pocketed my money and disappeared. I deeply regret ever trusting Bitrefill; if zero stars were an option, they'd get it.

This service is an absolute scam. I purchased a Steam gift card through Bitrefill, and it simply vanished into thin air. My Bitcoin was taken, but the gift card never materialized – not in my inbox, not in spam, nowhere. This is completely unacceptable. Avoid at all costs; you'll just lose your money and get nothing in return. Truly the worst online transaction I've ever encountered.

I purchased a $500 eBay gift card through Coinsbee. Upon attempting to use the card, eBay flagged it as fraudulent and suspended my account. I immediately contacted Coinsbee support to provide evidence and request a valid replacement or a full refund. The merchant refused to take responsibility, denied a refund, and failed to deliver a legitimate, usable product for the amount charged.

I had an issue with a Vodafone top-up that wasn't credited to my account. Marina from Bitrefill support was very helpful and kept me informed throughout the process. They investigated the issue, processed a refund, and even added an additional $5 credit as an apology for the inconvenience.
