Has of the 5th of June this is the…
Has of the 5th of June this is the status of my card sold trough their service (BC-20260406-2233, Leaniaulat345/outlook.fr) :
Sent them my card trough their label.
Package apparently got lost in transit, I contacted Bescards directly, at first they were helpful and answering fast.
After 20 days, No updates, I sent 6 emails and multiple what's app message, only got one answer "We contacted postNL".
When I contacted PostNL they told me that Bescards failed to answer to their questions so investigation has been closed.
Has of the 5/06 I don't have my card neither my money after more than 2 months. Still no answer.
If anyone of Bescards still believe in their reputation, this needs to be adressed now.

Damaged product
Damaged product. Paid 250 for a Pokemon product not including shipping and emailed them to ask if they could wrap it up nicely and they said they’d do their best. The product was barely wrapped, no cushion in the box and the box was smushed. Disappointing as most reviews said packaging was good.

Fast shipping and great service, everything arrived exactly as ordered and in the condition advertised. I sold cards to them without any problem, the process went smooth and I got my money fast. Ordered on Black Friday and it still arrived in 3-4 workdays during the holiday rush, plus the ETB boxes were in top condition. Highly recommend this seller.

I’m giving 5 stars because they wrapped the product in bubble wrap at my request, and even though the box arrived torn and badly dented in one corner, the product was completely undamaged thanks to that bubble wrap. Every Pokémon collectible should be packaged this way! It took a week to pack and ship the product, and another week for delivery. For a product that’s in stock, I’d expect packing and shipping to take no more than 3 days. But otherwise, I’m satisfied and will order again—provided it’s wrapped in bubble wrap again.

Got 72 single sleeved boosters. (no cases)
Huge imbalance in the artworks of the sleeved boosters. For example: 4 boosters of one specific artwork and 30 boosters of another one. Bescards couldn't offer a solution.

This product release was affected by limited supplier allocation, which meant we unfortunately could not fulfil all pre-orders in full. To give as many customers as possible a fair chance to receive the product, we had to limit orders and reduce multiple-item purchases.
