Bella Me 

I saw the many negative reviews before placing my order, but I decided to give Bella-Me a chance anyway. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be just as disappointing.
My order was supposed to arrive by August 4th, but it never did. I contacted customer service by email and received no response at all. The complete lack of communication and the missed delivery date were extremely frustrating.
The only positive thing I can say is that I eventually received a full refund. While I appreciate that, it doesn't make up for the poor customer service and the overall experience. Based on what happened, I cannot recommend this store.

Ten days after being confirmed that order being processed, items never arrived. Delivery address is in the same country as seller's in Impressum. When questioned, customer service notified items are not in stock, expecting 1-2 weeks waiting time but not a firm commitment. Bella Me held my money for several days and could not inform me when I would receive my purchase. Legal action threats against review were mentioned mulitple times by customer service. Refund was finally executed via Paypal's Report a Problem.

Bella me is a ripoff and an unprofessional hodgepodge never order anything from them !!!!!

Like everyone else this company is a scam ordered my perfume 3/27/26 got one reply that it was on the way no response after than scam scam scam and I believe all these people who said they received theirs are in on the scam do not purchase !!!!!!

Very disappointing experience. I placed an order on 01.12.2025 and did not receive the item. Despite contacting customer service multiple times.
I posted a review and then asked for cancelation, my payment was refunded. Instead of addressing the issue earlier, I was then contacted with threats of legal action because I wrote a bad review.

This review reflects my personal experience. I have all the proof of my order.

Ordered this perfume January 20th, 2026 and its now nearing the end of March. Out if the 15 times I have emailed, they have written back 5 times saying the same @$*#. That they are "backed up" blah blah blah. When I ask for a refund they copy and paste the same msg they sent last time and send it to me. DO NOT BUY!

It’s a company that sells perfumes cheaper, but then they don't deliver, and you won't receive any updates on your order.

Probably a scam website. No response from seller after months.

*update: This is now flagged by Bella-me after I wrote to them 3 times with no answer3. They answered today after taking my money weeks ago with no communication. And they canceled my order with no explanation.

Ich habe am 12.10. für 125,76 € bestellt. Die Produkte wurden auf der Webseite als „lieferbar in ca. einer Woche“ angezeigt – bis heute stehen sie immer noch als verfügbar dort, obwohl der Händler mir jetzt schreibt, dass alles seit Wochen im Rückstand ist.

Der Kundenservice hat mir am 11.11. sogar versichert, dass die Artikel „auf dem Weg“ seien und „Mitte/Ende der Woche“ versendet würden. Das war offenbar frei erfunden. Nach über 20 E-Mails bekam ich schließlich nur eine standardisierte Ausrede.

Nach über einem Monat Wartezeit habe ich nun storniert.
Nie wieder!
Dieses Unternehmen ist absolut nicht vertrauenswürdig.

Just like other customers who gave one-star reviews, I was also threatened with legal action by them. The point is, what I described is exactly the truth of my experience. I placed and paid for an order on their website over a month ago. Their customer service gave contradictory information: one moment they said I would have to wait 1–2 weeks, the next moment they said the supplier had already shipped the items and they could send them to me immediately. Yet, after more than a month of waiting, when I inquired again today, I was told the items are still out of stock and there is no estimated delivery time.

Can customers not feel frustrated with this level of service and the purchasing process? Who would be happy paying for something and then waiting indefinitely without receiving the product?

DO NOT ORDER HERE! This website is a scam! I’ve ordered 3 times and I’ve never received my orders. They always write the same automatic response saying “parts are currently not on stock but will be within 2 weeks and we will deliver then” but even after waiting for over 4 months now I haven’t received my package or my refund. I am in contact with the german verbraucherzentrale so this scam website will finally be taken down. I assume the positive reviews are all fake or bought you can easily tell because they’re all written within the same time. Do not even try to contact them they’ll lie straight to your face!
Update: they finally gave me a refund after over 4 months of waiting for my products. They are threatening me to delete my review because apparently I am lying and could go to jail for it😂 even though I have all the proof I need to back up my statement. Trust me, if you don’t want to be terrorized by these people running this so called “business”, do not order there. I have already forwarded it to my lawyer, since they are threatening me. I have the right to my honest opinion (deutsches Grundgesetz, Artikel 5, Absatz 1)

Purchased an item 29th September (or thought I did). They just kept the money and replied to my claim of undelivery with automatic responses: Delivery delays? In Germany?? No, impossible.

Do not buy from this web. I am pretty sure it’s a scam. I have ordered a foundation in the beginning of August. I never received the product and the pseudo customer service is not replaying to my emails. Just, place your orders on another reliable web. Waste of money and waste of time.

Be aware of the 5 stars reviews! These are completely fake. There is a pattern being followed in each and every one of them. Created from new accounts with no other reviews online. Don't get fooled by these scammers. You will not get your ordered items.

After leaving this review, they proceeded to refund me and to legally threat me🤣 completely non professional and delulu. Probably, that’s why you don’t sent your clients their products nor do your business properly. You are too busy writing legal prosecutions against your lost clients. Makes sense now…

I am quite sure this site is a scam.
I purchased perfume 2 months ago and have still not received them. Each time I write to customer service I get the same automated responce that my order is in backlog and could take up to 2 weeks to deliver. Its been 2 months and its the same message each time.

Update: after leaving this review I was still not contacted regarding what happened to my order but I was refunded. However, they are also threatened legal action against me for leaving a negative review. So this still does not seem legitimate

After this review, they issued a refund and they threatened me they will sue me. I have the proof that on the site they mentioned a delivery time of 4-7 days and there was no mention of being out of stock.

I've made two purchases from this site, and in short, buying here is a test of patience. The first time I bought something, I had to cancel it because it took 20 days and they didn't ship anything.
The second time I waited a month and a 4 days; I bought it on April 28th, my perfume should have arrived the first week of May, I wrote to them and received a reply on May 17th that "they are out of stock, that I should be patient and if I can wait about two weeks", I waited two weeks and a few more days and the perfume still hadn't been sent. and the only response was that "they have a stock problem", Of course I canceled the purchase and requested my money back immediately. On the page it says they ship in 4-7 labor days and on both occasions I bought I received nothing.
However, I can't consider it a "scam" because on both occasions I received an immediate refund of the amount I paid as soon as I requested to cancel my purchase. I didn't lose any money, but I wasted a lot of time and received nothing.

In general: I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, although it is not a scam, nothing guarantees that you will receive your perfume, even if you wait a month.

Very bad experience! After 10 days waiting and my email that I’m going to contact bank for a fraud, they answer they don’t have my product in a warehouse! What is that? And they will do a refund in10 days.

Then I wrote a review based on my experience here on this website and they contacted me threatening with a lawsuit because what I said was not true (which actually was). They also said I ordered a product which was sold out and that’s why I had to wait for it so long. They DID NOT put the ‘SOLD OUT’ sign anywhere, it wasn’t there. Otherwise I wouldn’t order and pay for it.

As I just wanted my money back, I said I’ll edit or delete my review, so I’m doing it now. They did refund my money, still everything was so unprofessional and I wouldn’t deal with them anymore.

I’m giving one star extra for a refund 🤞
