I should have listened to my bank—they warned me about this type of situation, and unfortunately, they were right.

I completed a payment that was clearly authorized by their own payment processor, and the funds were successfully withdrawn from my account.

I even provided a transaction ID and proof, which makes this easily traceable on their end.

Despite that, the company continues to claim they never received the payment.

Instead of resolving something that should take minutes to verify, they keep giving vague responses about “forwarding to another department” with no timeline, no transparency, and no actual solution.

This has turned into a frustrating and time-consuming experience for something that should be straightforward. THEY STOLED MONEY.

If a business cannot properly track or acknowledge payments processed through their own system, that is a serious concern.

Proceed with caution and more so STAY AWAY
