Dear Jennifer - Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Ashli tells me this was already cleared up to your satisfaction today. She said FedEx did not deliver your package, nor did they leave a door tag letting you know your package was sitting at their warehouse. She said she called you in response to your email but you didn't receive her voicemail because she left it on an old number we had for you and then went on vacation for the holidays. Also, she told me the FedEx tracking number is difficult to find on your invoice unless you know where to look so you didn't think you had a way to follow up with FedEx yourself. No wonder you were frustrated! Anyway, I'm glad we got this cleared up! Everything should go smoothly from here on out! Beaming White

I wouldn’t recommend this company to become a tech whitening instructor for. I was an instructor for about a year. They actually asked me. I thought it was a great opportunity and commission. I discussed it a few times with them that many of my students were new entrepreneurs and the packages were pricey. I have ideas on how we could make it more feasible for some set income students. Nothing came into fruition though. I always had to wait weeks for certificates for my students, even after sending multiple emails. But the worse part of the job was when I was falsely accused with no proof of marketing their company with a similar company as well as being threatened with legal action. Once the employee who yielded the accusations realized she was wrong-still no apology. This was my experience. I’m sure others may have had better. But since I kept getting a reminder to leave a review I thought I would share my honest opinion.
