Good prices, delivery was on time, customer service was great (just emailed for my own reassurance and was reassured fully)
All in all, a fantastic experience and will definitely use again.

Fast, Easy & Efficient
I tried to buy the products from abroad as birthday gift for someone living in Copenhagen, but I was unable to do so due to the strict documentation required to prove the buyer's valid age. I understand it's not their fault, but I suppose they could be a little more flexible in these cases. Still, although the surprise was ruined, I was able to make the purchase anyway. The rest of the process was very easy and efficient.

We had a horrible experience
We had a horrible experience. We made an order on June, 3rd around noon. We chose it only because website says it 'sends today if you order before 21.00'. We didn't receive an email with shipping details even the next day. I reached out to support around noon on the 4th of June (Wednesday) with question about status of the order and that it's really important for us to receive it by Friday noon. I received a reply on Thursday morning that they're waiting for Danske Fragtmænd to pick it up and sent the shipping link. I checked on link several times a day when I realized it's not going to be even picked up today, so around 14.00 the same day I called support to ask if there's an opportunity to pick up the parcel myself. She consultant told me that she will talk to a colleague and will reply to my email. By the end of work (around 16.00) I called support again as I haven't received an email. The lady checked on order number and told that there's no left notes, so she will talk to colleagues and said that will write an e-mail that day as they work until 20.00. I mentioned several times that if we can't receive the parcel before friday noon we would like to cancel. I haven't received a second mail too. Next day (6th of June) in the morning I checked the link and the parcel was just picked up by the shipping company, so lost the opportunity to cancel. In the end we received a parcel at the end of our event, which was useles. I understand that Danske Fragtmænd had a day off on the 5th of June, however it all could be solved if those 2 promised emails were written.
