Forget online, I went to a physical shop. Bought some nice sandals but felt I would never wear them because they were too high deceived to return them. I arrive at the shop, they say no refunds only exchange or store credit I say okay exchange. They say not on weekends and we are Saturday, mind you I live 45 min drive from there. I said okay I’ll take a store credit and buy something today she says no not on weekend then gives me a flimsy looking store credit with a 3 month expiry. Never spending à penny there. We are in 2026 in Europe, rules like that dont make sense unless your goal is to scam people.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER! HORRIBLE QUALITY . JUST STAY AWAY , DONT ORDER ANYTHING!

I never received my order and the support started ghosting me after they found out they lost my package, they even deactivated my account so that I don't have access. This is very unprofessional and pathetic

2nd update - I have finally received the shoes on 19/06/2026 after a continuous interaction with their support team. It took over 2 months to receive them through private courier (no free shipping). The shoes are actually nice so I have decided to higher the review score of one point.

Update - Despite more than a month of back-and-forth communication with customer service, I still have not received the shoes.

While I understand that the company may not be directly responsible for a courier's mistake, they are responsible for selecting a courier capable of delivering orders reliably. As a customer, my contract is with the retailer, not the courier, and it is therefore the retailer's responsibility to ensure that the purchased goods are delivered within a reasonable timeframe.

Original review - I ordered a pair of mocassin shoes and I received a bunch of cheap plastic stuff like a trash bin, plastic flowers, plastic chokers, shoe laces etc.
I am very disappointed as the previous reviews did mention shoes and for as much as there could have been variations in the quality of the iteams received at least they were coherent with the nature of the shop. I have contacted the support team through email and whatsapp and got no answer.

I ordered a pair of shoes, despite being my number the shoes were too small. Requested a return which was approved but after 3 weeks and several emails the box hasn't been collected. The first excuse was that DPD didn´t find the office, then they said that they were going the next day which they didn't and now they don't respond to my emails. I read several reviews from people with the same issue. Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before ordering the shoes! If the shoes get collected I'm already anticipating the same problem to receive my refund.

The design is appealing, but the quality is fairly basic. The fit is fine. Shipping was slow.

These shoes really require a very thick sock underneath. They have a very poorly finished interior and thick seams that cause sores on my feet even after a very short walk.

I should have listened to the saying, "you get what you pay for." My experience with Barca SRL was incredibly disappointing for several reasons:

Material Quality: The boots are advertised as leather, but they have an overwhelming chemical odor, leading me to believe they are synthetic/PU.

Poor Packaging: They arrived folded flat with no structural fillers. This caused permanent creasing and marks on the material before I even wore them.

Inaccurate Fit: These are marketed as "below-the-knee," but they hit mid-knee (and I am of average height). They also rub aggressively against the back of the heel.

Payment Issues: Their internal payment system is a headache. If you must order, use PayPal to ensure you have buyer protection.

The insole is fairly comfortable, but it doesn't make up for the poor construction and misleading description. I would not recommend these.

I ordered 2 pair of leather pumps.
Order arrived within 1 month, and I already was unsure if I will get them at all. Because customer service is bad, only after my request I received shipping number.
But pumps are very beautiful and quality is good.

I write this review not even a year after buying a pair of leather boots from this company.(February 2025)
The leather while genuine is extremely feeble, on the FIRST wear the heel tab broke (as it is merely decorative don't use it to fit your foot). Took a couple of weeks to broke them in, no problem there since leather takes some time, but with not even a daily use in less than a year the first layer of the leather is peeling in several places and the sole in the heel is starting to detach. I would like to provide pics but trustpilot doesn't allow it.
Conclusion poor quality shoes that stain the name of italian handcraft.For the price you can buy some decent boots in basic brands,maybe less trendy, but they'll last you >5 years if you care for them.

I must say I am flabbergasted with all the negative reviews. I decided to risk it and order anyway because I fell in love with a pair of boots that I saw on Barca website.
I ordered the boots on a Friday evening. On Monday I did not get any messages about the item being shipped and I just assumed it will take a while based on these reviews, however on Tuesday morning I got a call from the courier and the shoes were delivered! I assume it was very fast because Slovenia is right next to Italy.
I ordered the white horsy cowboy boots and the quality is amazing! They look exactly like the picture and are pretty comfy.

Worst customer services ever. They are judging and arguig with customer without even understanding or trying to understand what you explain to them. World not recommend at all. Poorly made shoes heal broke after 5 wears only.

Parcel received international in about 1.5 weeks. Customer service added tracking in 1 day after my request.

I had a very disappointing experience with this store. I ordered an expensive pair of shoes that were never shipped, and customer service has been unhelpful. I've tried to get a refund, but they have refused to issue one. I recommend avoiding this store, as they do not stand by their promises.

Total scam!!! I ordered sandals for about €60, after a month I sent an email asking when I could expect the package. I got a response that they sent it through DPD and sent the package number. I checked it immediately and DPD replied that they didn't have a package with that number. After checking, they replied that the package with that number ended up in France at an unknown address. It's been 2 months now and I don't have the sandals or a refund. I'll send an email again and ask for a refund. Disappointed!!

I ordered personalised t-shirt. Delivery writen 7-14 working days, the t-shirt came in 10 days after order and it is beautiful.

An absolute nightmare to get items collected for returning.
Waited for over a month several emails later very stressful, you have to be continually reminding them to act on it. Now waiting for my refund again same issues. Two pairs for shoes were meant to be collected they only requested the return for one pair of shoes do I had to secure the two boxed together with the help of the driver as Barcastores had only request one return so one label, it just gets so silly and beyond frustrating.

I made an order to France online, I waited for a week, I didn’t send a week, I wrote a letter with the question of where my order, they said we will send 1-2 maximum (literally) ... 4 days I have been writing again, they answer the courier, they’ll go today ... 2 more have passed 2 more I ask them to send them to the invoice number ... They reply that they have not been sent for the marriage yet)))). I ask you to return the money, they say well ... and nothing !!!! For 2 weeks, the goods have not been sent for 2 weeks. Gi didn’t return !!! ??? ... do not buy anything on the Internet, it seems fraudsters !!! ...
P.S. Addition... I received the order after 3 weeks, the quality of the shoes does not match the PRICE!!! A product of this quality should cost 20-30 Euros per pair!!! Disappointed, issued a return.

The boots I purchased fully met my expectations. I ordered them on the weekend, two days later were already at my place ( within Italian borders.). The leather is fine quality as well as the seams, buckles and finish. I m sure this product will last for a long time. In addition, I wrote an email to ask for a confirmation and I was replied right away. I suppose if you live abroad, you should expect longer times of delivery as well as processing of the requests. I can't but recommend it.

I ordered a pair of Barca shoes after reading reviews on Trustpilot. My pair arrived in 4 business days, in spite of holiday and sales season. In perfect shape package was a pair of beautifully made italian shoes, without any wrong stich. Pumps that I have ordered are comfortable with soft padded soles, as high quality shoes should be. I will definitely shop at Barca again.
