Great shop with great support
My order had two items. When package from Banzai did arrived, it turned out that only one item was present. The support was super helpful and after checking with the storage/shipping, they did sent me the missing item.
They do pack items with great care, the large print was shipped in good tubus.

Package received in mint condition; the print quality and binding are very good.

Banzaï is one of the coolest art publications I have ever come across. Both the Banzaï editions, and the Art of... series are absolute staples in my living room. But this time I also decided to get one of the Jean-Luc Navette books, A Girl Called Mystery, and I was absolutely blown away by the quality and execution! I'm already thinking about buying the other two that you guys have on sale currently! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great customer service to an unfortunate situation
Unfortunately did not receive item but not the fault of Banzai. Shipping restrictions to the US was the culprit. Banzai responded to concerns quickly, clearly explained issues and promptly refunded the money. They provided excellent customer service and appreciate their help resolving issue.
