Luke has been more than helpful to me on many different occasions.

I am a brand new learner when it comes to embroidery, but the BAI family has made this journey very easy.

I purchased back in 2024 and still to this day in 2026 they are still so willing to help and provide guidance.

From the time we entered the building to get training and pick up the machine to the after sales support BAI has been great! Corey and Aiden at our regions warehouse gave us some great training that allowed us to get a quick start to getting projects complete on our machine. Luke has been fantastic with technical support and resolved any issues we had quickly! Great company to do business with and we look forward to doing more business together in the future!

Recently added a BAI Vision 2-head to my shop and ran into a snag with reverse stitching — the machine would back up through the stitches but the needles wouldn't engage. I messaged support and Luke got back to me almost immediately with a clear, simple fix (a DIP switch setting I didn't know about). Problem solved in one exchange, no runaround, no waiting days for a ticket. That kind of responsiveness matters a lot when you're a small business and your machine is your production line. Very happy with both the equipment and the support.

This a rockin’ machine & the BAi customer service totally rocks too! So easy to get answers in your service group it’s like seeing angels are with you always. Sew out quality is equal or greater to other machines that I have. Very pleased overall. Thank you BAi for an affordable and quality machine with top notch customer service!

I really appreciate all the help Luke gave me. He was very knowledgeable and made his directions clear over messenger that I was able to follow his instructions and fix the issue. It ended up being operator but regardless he kept working with me. Diehard dedication!

We recently purchased a Mirror embroidery machine from BAi, and this weekend got an opportunity to start setting it up and testing it. Of course be rookies, we made every mistake possible and Luke our engineer was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed the issue(s) we had created and provided quick easy fixes. I wish every customer service rep in the world was this caring and efficient!!

Luke is amazing. Every time I need help, he makes it look so easy to solve that it's funny, because for me it could be the end of my machine, but he takes it so calmly that his help makes me feel confident to continue working with my BAI embroidery machine.

Luke is a wonderful person he tries to help you with your problems he sends you videos and he still answered your questions. If you still have problems. He does not give up until you’re happy.

It is nice to have someone you could ask help for and always give you a solution when you need it. The first time I was worried about an issue i was having with the machine, but because I was able to contact Luke he guided me through different solutions while explaning what I could do.

They were fast and so helpful. Always willing to help me and even walk through things if I don't understand.

I love my BAI Mirror. I would definitely buy another. It’s a workhorse for the price and I can always get with a representative we I have issues. Once I learned the ins and outs of embroidery it truly is easy to navigate. The 15 needle was my first embroidery machine. I would highly recommend it!
