Great customer service and timely delivery

Was able to order quite a bit of tradeshow related materials from these guys and they over-delivered on quality and delivery.

Customer service is outstanding with Backdropsource Canada and delivery of product is unbeatable!

The communication was very efficient and fast. I approved the mockup on June 1st at 10AM and I received my personalized flag on June 5th at 2PM. I don't know how they do that so fast. I live in Québec Canada and was expecting long production and delivery delays. Jeez, how wrong was I!
The flag is PERFECT and way in time for the event!

Messed up our order and then buried their head in the sand instead of communicating with us.

I got scammed with this bait and switch operation. I ordered a specific custom product with led lighting. I was sent a lower grade product with no led lighting. I approved the proof, everything was clear. They made and sent the wrong product. Refused to exchange it with the correct product. "Customer service" manager was zero help and kept trying to hide emails from Jennifer the "sales manager" who was also zero help. Thousands of dollars down the drain currently. I am pursuing a full refund. If that fails, charge back. If that fails law suit. This organization is terrible. Do not order from them.

I had a very tight deadline to prepare the backdrop and tablecloth for the DiscoveryX conference, and initially ran into an issue where my design file was low resolution, resulting in a blurry image.
Your team quickly flagged this risk and reached out to highlight the potential quality concerns. As you know, at a tradeshow, the backdrop is one of the most important branding elements, and its quality can significantly impact how a company is perceived.
I truly appreciate that your designer offered to redraw the artwork at no additional cost based on my original file. Once I approved the revised design, it was immediately moved into production. Just four days later, I received the finished backdrop in time for the conference.
The final product looked excellent, and it played an important role in helping us present our brand professionally during the two-day event. Thank you for your responsiveness, craftsmanship, and support in helping us deliver a successful showing at DiscoveryX.

If anything at all is wrong with your order, don't except any assistance from customer service. We spent thousands with them on a brand new show kit and when some of the items showed up not as expected (it was advertised differently on their website), they refused to replace the items or provide even a partial refund. Awful business.

Great experience, ordering from West Canada. Prompt communication, and the backdrop looks exactly like how it was designed on screen. I was a little worried how it would come out because we had some gradients and light pastel colors, but it was accurately printed. Highly recommended for backdrops!

My latest order, a 3-piece trade show booth, arrived from order date to delivery in BC, Canada in 7 business days. Executives don't always give lots of time for the marketing materials they need.
