The photo of the product did not match the actual product
I ordered Oral-B Pro CrossAction toothbrush heads (12-pack). Instead of receiving the package shown on the website (Pro CrossAction), I received 12 individually packaged Oral-B heads with no text indicating they were Pro CrossAction.

To reassure you: Oral-B replacement heads are often supplied as individually packaged heads rather than in the retail box you may see pictured, so the presentation can differ even when the heads themselves are the correct model. That said, we completely understand that receiving items with no clear "Pro CrossAction" labelling leaves you uncertain about what you got — and that's not the experience we want you to have.
We'd be happy to confirm for you that the heads are indeed Pro CrossAction, or to sort it out with a replacement or refund if they're not what you ordered. Please contact us at info@batterionline.se, and we'll help you right away.
