Order many pairs of glasses but never sent me glasses. Im very disappointed as I used them many times in the past and had no problems. But this time over a month, zero reply from any form of contact iv tried to make so now had to do a charge back on my credit card. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Ordered glasses they never shipped them said they were on back order. Odfered another colour and still never shipped anything kept my money. Don't respond to emails after they have your money.

Ordered back in May, made a shipping label and never sent out. I finally was told my order was on back order and it would be two weeks, after nearly six plus weeks they finally ship my box and the USPS says it was delivered. The only problem now is I’ve yet to see my package, we have lock boxes here for packages, they can’t be stolen so now I’m left speechless, this whole thing is pure garbage from boosted shades to the USPS….stay away! Go to Blenders or Shady Rays for sunglasses.

Scam company. Made a shipping label but didn't ship my order. Haven't responded to my emails.

Ordered two pairs of sunglasses. I got one that I ordered and one I did not. Customer service is non-existent. Do not recommend.

I received my shades but they don't fit. This company has zero customer service! All emails from all avenues (socials, emails) are completely ignored to process a refund. This company is shady. The glasses are just regular cheap (over-priced) plastic sunglasses. Don't bother.

Ordered once many years ago and was fairly happy. I eventually lost these glasses and went to replace from something that was in stock. Weeks passed with no shipping confirmation.

They ignored emails to all their inboxes, ignored my Instagram PM's and deleted my comments asking for a refund for a non shipped item.

I was eventually offered a refund via Instagram PM's which I accepted but they did not process. Had to claim it back through the card issuer.

Used to be a decent retailer. Now avoid at all costs.

Bogof offer they have is a lie. I purchased these and received a shipping confirmation 3 weeks later nothing so emails them. They ignored my first email so requested my money back and yhet prompted a reply from them.
They said one set was out of stock so I went through each colour and they said out of stock. So agreed to get 2 pair and send one latter 4 weeks later and 2 emails no reply. Over priced for what you get and quality isn’t any better than a pair from china.

I wouldn’t bother folks - website does not align with their actual stock or ability to fulfil orders. I think I am over 4 weeks since order. Received email to say order was shipped 2 weeks ago. Turns out they Have not sent anything . Joke! Some upgrade has been offered but I’d like what I have paid for - the stuff that was listed as available on the website weeks ago.
