rdx styling! they are an absolute nightmare to deal with. ordered a rear spoiler, was shipped and delivered super fast. but they didnt ship the fittings to put it together. reached out and asked if they could be shipped out asap. was told no they cant ship next day... ok fair enough but was assured they would arrive early the next week. for 2 weeks i have spoke to what would appear to be every member of staff at RDX styling but they have to wait to confirm the parts have been shipped... ok what???? 2 weeks pass i finally open a case with ebay, they respond sayin the wont ship the missing parts until i close the case, so now in a stalemate of i want the parts but they wont ship them? just ship the parts. my general belief is that it is every member of staffs first day on earth.
I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY! after doing some digging its clear that this happens a lot with the multiple companies they run. why risk loosing £90 when they could just pop the fitting kit in an envelope and ship them for £3. not sure if i died and this is my version of hell having to deal with these lemons everyday.

Could have been a great review the kit fitted up well but unfortunately one of the grilles had a fault after a week of back and forward messages still no replacement part so now I’ve wasted a whole week waiting to have the kit fully fitted paid for this work and now it’s all been stripped off and returned as they can’t send out a tiny bit of plastic nice kit rubbish after sales support shame really cause the kit with a little bit of effort could have been used and looked pretty good

The worst shopping experience I've ever had in my life. I bought a bumper to receive within 1-3 days, and it's been 3 weeks and I haven't received it. Apparently, the item was lost in transit, but the company refuses to give me a refund or a replacement until they receive the item back, as if I had anything to do with the poor logistics option they chose. Unacceptable. Amazon sends a replacement the same day if their drivers make a mistake. I spoke with numerous agents, but all they know how to say is "sorry, we have a policy to follow" instead of putting the customer first and solving the problem. Such stress and disappointment.

And the audacity to come here now and reply “I can see that this item was refused by yourself”

Did very little to help me. And I spent £90 on calls just calling them every day for almost a month, and they deliberately chose not to help me until they had no other choice.
Definitely not here for the customers, profit focused

Ordered a spoiler for a BMW. No fixing kit/ tape as described in listing
Took 2 weeks to arrive (although not sure this could have been royal mails fault).
Fitment is shocking! The bits that are meant to attach to the car aren't even close and scratched my car in the process.
Avoid

Ordered a front grille for my new car (Mercedes A class) very cheap and excellent value for money. Delivery to NI only took 1 day which was excellent. Very straightforward process on the website and fast service. Would definitely recommend

sent out the wrong item, many emails later they agreed to send the correct one. however would not replace until the incorrect one was collected.!! paid for next day delivery we are on day 10 still not got the part

Purchased a spoiler for my BMW, the delivery date was exceeded so I contacted the company and my parcel had been “lost in transit” to which I had no updates and the item in question then become out of stock
