Great belt, does everything it promises

The product is as described but we haven’t had any flights yet and probably won’t until the spring. So check with me in the spring.

I haven’t traveled yet. I will be using it when I travel mid November and I will be able to provide a review from a practical standpoint.

I ordered because it offered delivery by 16 October, then changed to 17 October. THEN CHANGED AGAIN TO 20 OCTOBER. I flew out on Sunday 18 October. I returned on Monday 26 October and the parcel was waiting for me.
I opened it and the product looks nothing like what was offered and it does not fit, there is no packaging, just not what I expected and definitely not on time as it missed my flight. I want to return it please but I cannot find any return details. Can you PLEASE provide return details?

Tried it out on my car headrest & can tell this is going to be a game changer on my next flight. Heading to Amsterdam in Economy Premier. Extra leg room but nothing to help me sleep on the 12 hr flight. This is going to be a much needed addition to travel!!

Compact & comfortable.

I was treated like a person. The staff member was considered, honest and attentive to my concerns.Too bad I never received the item which i originally ordered, the airplane pillow.

I love these products. They make long haul flights more comfortable especially as I have many health problems and my back and neck get quite sore. It's great to arrive feeling rested and lot less sore. Thank you.

While I haven’t been on an airplane yet, I have tested the system out and it appears to be very comfortable.

I first purchased an off brand similar product that kinda worked but left me frustrated with the fit, buckles, poorly made item. I caught few winks but… Then I got the Avernio. Tidy little package all zips together for travel, light weight, easy to attach to seat headrest, the padded eye mask was super comfortable and for the first time in years, managed to sleep the entire flight in a rather tight space economy seat! Thank you!!

I found this product to be substandard. While the idea is great, the clip on to the airplane headrest was not easily adjustable and was extremely uncomfortable and the sleep mask part feltlike cardboard. It pushed on my nose bridge and left marks on my face and I could not find a comfortable position to sleep in. The company's customer service is terrible. I have reached out 3 times and got no response so while they offer a "refund policy ", the timeline of it is impossible as you do not get a response.

I found Avernio to be a great company to deal with. The product is great and I would recommend this company to everyone
