Within 2 workdays i received my new pressure washer. Everything was packed very well. The buildquality is amazing. I come from a 180bar Eurom pressurewasher. But my AVA-Master 2.0 (P80) beats it on every level.
The units is much heavier then most other barand but you dont need to move it as much. I also bought the 20m extention hose so i dont ever need to move it. The gun also is durable. So far no complaints. I used it to was the cars, clean the tiles and some fences.

I ordered an AVA Go with the premium foam cannon, but I initially received the regular foam cannon instead. After I explained the issue, AVA responded quickly and immediately sent the correct product. Very pleased with the customer service!

I’ve been using the AVA P60 Pro, and it is truly an excellent pressure washer. While I did encounter two technical issues with the unit, the way the company handled them was impressive.

After using the p80 evolution twice there hasn’t been any problem as of yet.
I feel that it’s going to last me a long time. The foam cannon settings could be a lot easier to manage though and it empties out quickly.
Shipping was decent for a machine of this weight albeit being delayed, but that is more of a ups problem.

Very good guidance on service and repairs on your website, your shop offers all the required parts I needed (damage due to freeze).
One suggestion if I may: could you add a field on your dialogue where one can enter model/SNR of product which would then offer only the fitting service documents and products for that specific model?

After purchasing the device, I noticed that it was damaged. Customer service responded promptly and professionally. They sent me a replacement part and offered a discount. I then asked whether I could receive a different hose instead of the discount, and they were more than happy to accommodate this request. It was all handled smoothly and without any fuss.

Without a doubt, this is the best customer service I have ever experienced. Absolutely top-notch.

The pressure washer itself works perfectly and does exactly what I expected. In my view, the 12-metre hose is essential (it was a little stiffer than expected, though this was at a temperature of around 3°C). The foam lance also performs as intended.

All in all, a very solid and well-made machine.

My order was processed and shipped fast after ordering. Upon delivery, the container of the foam canon was broken. After having to wait about 5 days, due to some error in their mailbox, the issue was resolved nicely. Looking forward to use my P57, the design is wonderful and the features are thought out very well.
