Very efficient service, super quick when we arrived, same at handover . Staff extremely pleasant. Our first time with them but will definitely choose them again .

The vehicle rental experience was 100% positive. The car matched my order, and the pick-up went smoothly—with 4 customer service staff members on hand, the whole process took only 10–15 minutes, including the wait time. Vehicle drop-off was lightning-fast, with minimal paperwork, and most importantly—no hidden costs whatsoever. Thank you very much for your service, and I highly recommend you.

Everything was fine. Once that you have a reservation, it is very quick to get the key of the car. And it is even simpler to give back it once you have ended your booking time. For me it was the second time that I have used Autoreisen

The booking process was good. On collection at the airport, the car display an error warning. I spoke to the staff and they asked me to ignore the warning. Not a best start to the hire.
The car was adequate on a flat roads, but was the clutch would slip on inclined roads.
I had to cancel my drive to Anaga Rural.
The staff were polite and listened but were not able to answer my concerns.

Really impressed with Auto Reisen overall.

Booking online was extremely straightforward and came to less than £300 for 11 nights, which felt like excellent value. Even better, no deposit was taken for the reservation – a refreshingly customer-friendly approach compared with many car hire companies.

My only disappointment was the vehicle substitution. We specifically booked a Hyundai i30 but were given a Renault Captur, which didn't feel like a particularly equivalent replacement for what we'd chosen. That said, the car itself was absolutely fine throughout the holiday.

The service at Lanzarote Airport was incredibly friendly and everything was simple and hassle-free.

Overall, a really well-run, customer-focused car hire company. Despite the vehicle substitution, I'd happily use Auto Reisen again.
