Very very bad service, rented a car from 18/03 to 24/03 and as of today i have not received my deposit of 500 euros back (got an e-mail that said they do not know if it will be paid back)
I will probably lose it because autohopper will not take responsability

The worst car rental experience ever.

I have rented cars in many countries, from Montenegro to Thailand, and I have never had any problems. I certainly didn’t expect such a scam in the Netherlands.

I rented a van for a day to move some items. Everything was fine, and I returned the van. However, the next morning, I received an invoice with a €350 penalty for a scratch on the wooden floor of the cargo van. When I asked how they came up with that amount, they said it was because they needed to take the van out of service for a couple of days for repairs. Are you serious? I’m sure they won’t even send it for repair!

When Autohopper said they don't do nonsense, they truly meant it! I recently arranged a 20 cubic meter van for a drive within the EU, and the entire experience was incredibly smooth and stress-free.

Sky in Zaltbommel offered me a competitive package, and I was sold. The van was clean, well-maintained, and everything worked perfectly. The communication was clear and flexible, making the whole process even more comfortable.

After I returned the van and dropped the keys off after hours, the vehicle was inspected, and I received my deposit back without any tricks or hidden charges.

I highly recommend Autohopper - Zaltbommel for their honesty, reliability, and exceptional service!

This company must be closed, because they are cheating with the customers. Taking deposits from credit cards and not responding. Never ever use their service.

I made the mistake of renting a car from this company (Autohopper) during a planned trip to the Netherlands. Of course, we do not know whether other local representatives of the company have the same understanding, but the general perspective of the company seems to be this. They have a business discipline that is completely far from serious. They open their workplace after the customer in the morning and naturally deliver the vehicle late. They are left helpless in unexpected situations because they do not have enough vehicles. There are provisions in their contracts that contradict customer opinions, but they verbally say there is no problem. When a problem arises, you cannot find anyone to contact. This is an exact portrait of the local representative at Croy 47, Eindhoven. I never recommend anyone to rent a car from them.

I've tried to book a car but I stuck with invalid ZIP code. I have sent an question how to proceed in a contact for but I still have no an answer.
Probably this company has been created for Netherland residents only. All other EU or not EU residents are not welcome to book a car from this company.
