Signing up was great and so easy! We got a great rate, significantly below the quote from our previous carrier. They made everything easy and quick. I love that they have representatives who can help you cancel your other policies. If I had any complaints, it would be that the cancellation process was rather timely, but all I had to do was stay on the phone, they dealt with the other carrier.

Service was quick and easy.

They got me to switch insurance companies making me think I had a really good deal. They did not add my SR22 and completely screwed everything up. When I called to ask them for help to make it right I got no response. I would avoid this place if you can.

Quick and easy. They did all the work for me, saving me time from researching and filling out quotes. It was a seamless experience. The only thing I didn’t love was they slipped in an extra Lemonade policy for renters insurance. The way they worded it when they pitched it, it sounded like it was part of the GEICO policy, and covered my belongings inside the car if someone broke in. He made it sound like this was a regular thing that everyone included in their car insurance policy. I discovered after agreeing that this was a separate policy through lemonade for renters insurance. It was only $6 a month, not a big deal, and I should have asked more questions, but I would suggest they be a little more clear when explaining that instead of glossing over it “everyone has this”. Felt a little misled there. Otherwise, it was a great experience and I appreciate the time saved.
