Terrible Customer Service
Ordered the Brio Boots they were not AS98 boots, I contacted AS98 Canada to start a return it took me 3 weeks to get a return label snd now the boots have been received and still no refund. Very unreliable company to work with. Never again will I purchase from AS 98 Canada.

Consistently very poor customer service.
Consistently very poor customer service. Extremely slow deliveries. Takes days to answer a customer. Overall, could not care less about their customers.

Charged on the 1st - deliv on 14th
-Placed an order during business hours on the 1st.
-My money was taken on the 1st.
-On the 5th, there was no movement so i emailed customer service.
-On the 6th, the package actually went out the door.
DELIVERED ON THE 14th. Money in there hands for 14days…product was in Mtl at order time.
As i turns out, i ordered a size too big and probably would like to try another stye or two… but i have no interest in the rigamarole that goes on here.

The product was actually backorder, but a shipping / tracking email has been generated by the automated system.
The Customer service responded and they were helpful with info, until I received my product (with a delay), I also discussed the option to cancel in case of a delay. Giving 4 stars not bec. of customer service response, but the shipment and tracking email should be sent once the product is actually sent (so they may have to change from automated to perhaps manually trigger this notification)

Bought a pair of Ribella wedge sandles…
Bought a pair of Ribella wedge sandles and after a couple of wears the sole is separated from the wedge. The shoes are beautiful but for the price, the quality is not there. Emailed customer service over a month ago and zero response back. Extremely disappointed in the quality and customer service.
