this company is a scam

this company is a scam,
- booked via instagram advertising (even I should have known better)
- on day of event, the weather was stormy, no emails from Ari, I even emailed them prior to ask if it's still going ahead.
- I arrived and the park for security reasons was shut so no event will be going ahead.
- there were loads of other people with tickets who didn't where they should go or if it's still going ahead
- I paid with debit card so not much protection & I missed the chargeback time limit due to busy life and waiting on them to respond via email I managed to find or messaging via insta. no response & account image changed.

this is a scam.
