Great service, fast communication and fast payment. I had initially signed for a loan but decided it was more than I actually needed, so I sent an email to APX support to request it be lessened to 1/4 the size which is something they didn't have to do. The next morning I woke up and the amount requested was in my account! I have no problem recommending them to anyone and will be doing business with them again!

The original process was so quick and easy and I recieved my loan in less than one day. A+ on my end. After that the customer service is amazing. The response to my emails are within 1 hour and the service reps are very kind and very helpful.

The one missing piece is a better "after action" record. Loan transactions and other trading detail disappears after a loan is closed. Some audit trail detail would be helpful.

Needed to show a certain sum of money (tens of thousands of dollars) in my bank account for visa purposes. Naturally, hold most of my money in crypto or other assets. Thought that converting into CAD via P2P transactions is time-consuming, strenuous and risky (bank compliance). A friend of mine found APX Lending on Chat GPT and sent me their info. The platform required posting Bitcoin as collateral, while I only had USDC at that time and didn't want to bear market risk converting stablecoins into Bitcoin, while also losing money on bid-ask spreads. I contacted APX's support and they scheduled a call with Alexei, their founder. I explained my situation to him and he suggested using USDC as collateral - as a matter of exception - while also giving a special rate due to my unique situation (I needed CAD in my bank account just for a few days instead of months). Then I went ahead with the transaction communicating via email with APX's support team. It did take a bit longer than expected (10 days instead of 5-6 as I thought it would take initially) but overall the whole deal with through smoothly and did not cost more that was outlined upfront.

I only just received the funds so only at the very beginning of my loan, so take this with a grain of salt.

But so far, outstanding service and support. Loan was processed almost instantly, the funds were disbursed same-day. I made the mistake of using a banking institution that doesn't accept the type of transfer APX uses, so I had to reach out for support.

The response from the APX team was immediate and incredibly helpful, not to mention respectful and professional.
