I ordered a custom route trace model…

I ordered a custom route trace model from Alpen Werk. Unfortunately there were a couple of "glitches" within the model so I made contact with them and within 24 hours they had replied, identified the fault, apologised and put a new order through for me.
The new model arrived a few days later and was spot on.

You can always tell how good a company is when things go wrong, (which they sometimes do,) based on this experience a lot of other businesses could learn a lot from Alpen Werk.

Great product, great service.
