I ordered 4 tires from Alfa Tires GmbH…
I ordered 4 tires from Alfa Tires GmbH on February 16, 2026, for a total of €1463.26. Unfortunately, I never received the goods.
At first, I was informed that the order had been shipped. Later, I was told there was an issue with the delivery address. I provided the correct and complete address, but the delivery still failed.
Eventually, I was informed on March 10, 2026, that the order had been cancelled and that I would receive a refund once the goods were returned to their warehouse. According to the tracking information, the tires were returned on March 16, 2026.
Since then, I have received no further communication and no refund. Multiple emails to their support (Service alfatires.com) have gone unanswered.
At this point, I am still waiting for my money, and the situation raises serious concerns about the company’s reliability and business practices.
I strongly advise caution when ordering from this company.
