Very impressed with how well my new computer performs, it came fully set up I didn't have to do anything, just plug in and it works. Also the package was so well wrapped, I have now all the bubble warp my heart could desire 😂. Inside the computer was perfectly protected and with clear instructions how to unwrap it safely. The pc inside is beautifully assembled. I had a little problem that was my fault really when adding my Microsoft account and they also helped with that super fast.My only complaint if you can call it that, is that I had to wait 14 days since I ordered the pc and it arrived, not that I minded the wait it was just that I didn't know it was going to take that long, maybe state that more clearly in the web? Or maybe it is and I missed it. But other than that, my experience so far has been great.

I bought a PC last month and I couldn't be happier with it! It works incredibly smoothly, is fast and reliable, and the build quality is really impressive. You can tell a lot of care and attention has gone into putting it together.
The PC was exceptionally packaged for delivery, with every component securely protected. It arrived in perfect condition, which made the whole buying experience even better.

I bought a gaming pc from here as my previous one was quite old and I didn't have the time to go and build one myself. The result was great, the component list for the price was excellent, I done alot of research and couldn't find a better deal that ticked all my boxes. The ram brand they use doesn't seem to have alot of background information online so maybe they saved some money there especially with the current memory prices but it works absolutely fine so far, the gpu also is a less widely known one with no rgb but it also is absolutely fine. The delivery was abit quicker than the expected timescale given (arrived in 8 days and it was quoted to be 10-14 days when ordered), the whatsapp service is good, fast response and direct answers.

The packaging was excellent, like most I was worried it would maybe be damaged in the post but it was packaged with several layers including inside the case itself and you do get some haribos also which is a nice touch.

I would definitely recommend them, although this pc should last me several years I hope others can benefit from their service also.

Excellent service all round, with a very good range of products.
A lot of phone calling and e-mail exchanges to get the upgrade sorted.
Once the machine was ordered and paid for, it took around 10 days to build, test then ship.
PC arrived and was packaged very well. Double boxed with a considerable amount of air cushioning. Brilliant.
New machine is up and running....a few glitches needed to be sorted, but the support post delivery was still excellent.
Thoroughly recommend.

High power, high value PC. Works straight out of the box, very easy setup. Packaged well, delivered within 7 working days.

It is a powerful system and is able to achieve high frame rates on games (nearly 700 fps on Fortnite performance mode for example).

Everything feels smooth and seamless, there doesn't seem to be a better value PC on the market right now for the average consumer.

Would recommend.

I recently bought a custom “Build Your Own” PC from Alex Davis PCs and couldn’t be happier with the experience.

I went for a Ryzen 7 5700X and an RTX 5060 Ti 16GB, and the performance has been really good so far. Everything runs smoothly and I’m really happy with how it performs.

The PC arrived in around 9 working days and was extremely well packaged, with plenty of protection around the PC and inside the case to keep the GPU and other components safe.

What impressed me most was the build quality. The cable management was spot on — no loose cables anywhere, and even the cable ties had been neatly trimmed. You can tell a lot of care went into the build.

The Haribo sweets included in the box were also a nice little surprise!

Overall, I’m really happy with the PC and the service. I’d definitely recommend Alex Davis PCs to anyone looking for a custom-built PC or gaming PC.

Bought a gaming pc that's extremely impressive, it's been playing anything I throw at it like butter. Delivered in the timeframe said and a friendly guy dropped it off, thanks so much, would really recommend for buying a gaming pc when you don't know how to build!

Amazing experience computer works great except for one thing being that sometimes any Bluetooth or wired connections may just stop working for a few seconds and the ssd flashing red for a bit but other than that amazing company and experience .

I couldnt find any better price and spec anywhere else when looking for a new pc.

Communication was excellent. Had questions before I bought a PC from them, and they answered very quickly. Once I ordered I also asked them for updates and they replied promptly and were very helpful.

I was concerned about having the PC shipped and that it might get damaged but it was packaged very well and had no chance of getting damaged in transit.

Everything worked straight out of the box and havent had any issues with the PC!

Pc seems to be in working order, the gpu is supported well by the packaging for transit so nothing breaks, communication could be a little better through email and Facebook but that’s not a deal breaker, I’d 100% buy from Alex Davis PC’s again, delivery was quick once it was shipped and the price is reasonable for the market we’re currently in.

Brilliant customer service and constant communication from Alex the entire time. Couldnt recommend him and the company more, PC runs smooth as ever.
