If I could give less than one star I would. This company has robbed me of my money and never delivered what I ordered. After asking where my items were I immediately received a tracking number that said my order had been delivered. I posted on my gated neighborhood’s FB site to see if anyone received my package and everyone said no but they would be on the lookout for it. I have a long email thread explaining I never received the order. I was told that the logistical problem had been resolved and that they would send a replacement order. Now they are ignoring my emails. Since I tried to resolve things on my own, I submitted a complaint with PayPal. They investigated and chose to believe the bogus company instead of me because they said the order was delivered. I am submitting this review in hopes that nobody else gets scammed by this company. Lesson learned. Contacted the Better Business Bureau and will contact my bank next.

Update: Just received some “balms” from this company which are nothing like what was advertised. No PDRN. No 5% Volufiline. The pink sticks I received said 5% Retinol where the advertised balm says 5% Volufiline. So disgusted I don’t want to start all over with the never ending emails and refusal to pay. Again, DON’T Order from this company.

I requested to return product and get a refund. I had bought the buy 5 get 5 free promotion for $150.00. They were slow to reply and offered $30 and I could keep items. I said no and they increased the amount until they reached $70. I accepted the offer but didn’t get a refund. They emailed saying there had been a problem and I would get my refund within the next few days. I still didn’t receive anything. I finally requested to return it all again or get the refund asap. They sent me an offer of $30 again. There have been 22 emails in total and they are not replying again. I would not purchase if I were you.

Worst customer service. They take forever to answer back your emails. They said my package was delivered to my mail box & I never received it. I checked with my mail carrier & post office. I did get my money back because I reported them to my credit card company. Buyer beware! Don’t buy from this company.

This company is a scam, They have a fake US address but the products come from China.

Ordered on 6/19 it took 5 weeks and says delivered but it was never delivered to my mailbox.

Requested multiple attempts to resolve it and get are refund but they are trying to say I have to ship it back to china or take $7 after spending $35.

Absolute joke. Chargeback filed.

Fake USA address. Apart from one company, the entire building is taken up by a state run government section for Wyoming. I called the neighboring suite in the same building to get this information.

Under the Fake address and tax ID on the website, I did a search. there are 4 of very similar websites that come up that with that fake page physical address and fake tax ID! Polyva, aluckgooday, aluckgoodlive, and triktrove . The baseline name and URL come up as an invalid URL on trust pilot unless you attach it to a product.

Shipping method not named , tracking is 17 tracking with unknown origin. All of it screams scam!

I asked to cancel my order and I’ve had no reply. Credit card charge back done. Many things on YouTube in the last two weeks to say this is completely untrustworthy.

On the classified business category where they sell garden hoses, swimsuits, random garden ornaments, and a very specific skincare!

Beware and don’t fall for it. It’s probably an AI created influencer on IG pedaling it.
