Absolutely outstanding customer service!

I had an urgent problem because my compressor was no longer usable and I had run out of spare seal kits. Kevin immediately understood the situation and went above and beyond to help me.

They even opened a brand-new compressor package especially for me, took out the original spare seal kit and sent it to me so I wouldn’t have to wait for the next factory delivery. That level of customer care is truly exceptional.

Communication was always friendly, professional and helpful, and I felt very well looked after throughout the entire process.

This is honestly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. A huge thank you to Kevin and the entire AEA Airguns Shop Team for the incredible support and for finding such a fast solution for me.

Well I had two separate orders both charged shipping cost however you combined both my orders together and the shipping cost to one order but did not give me a refund on shipping cost for the package or credit that you charge me for two separate shipping orders.

Aea very good for money, faster answering of customers would help alot ,but lady i communicated with was pleasant.

Very fast shipping as usual and great parts!
However this time I'm a little bit disappointed with the quality of the EazyFill (2nd ordered so far): the threads for fitting the foster end cap onto the EazyFill were somehow damaged, and I had to put tons of force for being able to screw it. Hoping it will last this way. Other than that nothing to complain about at all. Thank you AEA!

They finally fixed their customer service. From weeks no end of waiting, to replies in a matter of hours, and the parcel received in three days. Well done. Now please reduce the prices a bit as the competition sells for less. All the best, Emile

I got good guidance from customers support before buying, my order was handled effectively, shipment was fast.

Fast shipping—the only dealer that could still supply the Elite Series at a reasonable price, even though it’s only the .357. It’s a great shop where you can find everything for AEA. They even have the new AEA Sonic for sale—my next project, which I’m going to buy right here at this shop.

Very impressed. I pre-ordered a rifle so had to wait a while but this was explained clearly beforehand, the rifle arrived on time and has been a joy to shoot. I had some technical questions and AEA always replied quickly with clear advice. All in all I'm very happy and would purchase from them again.

Excellent Customer Service (very friendly and helpful)- this is nowadays so worthy for me. The first item I ordered was out of stock and I had to wait way longer for the delivery than I expected. But the deal was good and I kept waiting and they sent an additional gift for the waiting time.
