Uses phishing websites to appear like professional reviews to bait you in to purchase something that doesn't exist - except for maybe 10% of people who actually receive it - even then I question the longevity. Also, it's not based in UK as per what the website makes out. It's in China. Some banks are on alert. I really hope you have read reviews before purchasing.

Pestering me daily for payment even though I paid in Dec 25.sent them my bank statement.phoned bank and they told me I did not owe them anything gave then all the proof I could .Bank told me they do this regularly . Buyer beware

We bought the "highly rated" auto vacuum. It is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE.
They should be reported for fraud.

Do not buy from this site. I purchased the stick vac, it is shit!
They make returning the product so hard its not worth the hassle.
After many emails they agreed to refund 10% of the total cost, as product is not fit for purpose.
Still waiting a month later for the refund. I certainly got sucked into their false advertising and incorrect product reviews.

This place is a scam! Their customer service is all AI. They are not real people! Their responses have no consistency.
They never delivered the product. I had to request a charge back from my Credit Card company!
STAY AWAY!!

Like everyone else, I followed a link from a review website after new year. I thought it was legit, it was only after I purchase it that I started having some doubts. Their website was odd, when you go to their home page, they were only selling a couple of items and I couldn't find the vacuum page. I received confirmation email but the link for the tracking didn't work. This is when I realised it was coming from China. I started looking further into it and saw all the bad reviews, should have done that first.
I contacted my credit card to explain the situation, they were great, told me to refuse delivery and they will do a charge back. I got my money back within a week.
I've recently received an email demanding payment for goods received and signed for, obviously a scare tactic. I had refused delivery and definitely did not signed anything. Spoke to my credit card to keep them informed. Will see what happens next.

Don’t buy !!!
Came with a dead battery and after 2 months of sending photos back and forth with proof . They wanted me to buy another battery with 10% off .

I received a vacuum cleaner today. It is broken. Unusable. No way to contact the supplier. Very upset.

My customer service experience was a positive one. I dealt with Karen who helpfully arranged for a full refund after I cancelled my order soon after buying it on realising the purchase was not necessary. Thank you Karen.

I woke Monday morning and my bank account has been gutted by Aetheros UK and being Easter wknd nothing could do. If used your visa cancel asap and get a new one this is a scam this company.

Don't be sucked in (pardon the pun) to purchase this product.
The vacuum is not fit for purpose. It arrived with some parts cracked. It is noisy, the vacuum head does not intuitively flatten to the floor and it is useless with pet hair.
They lie in their advertising.

Robot cleaner charger broke after 3 weeks. They did email me back promptly but didnt do anything to fix the issue just kept asking me to wait for technical. In the end after 2 months and about 10 emails i asked for money back and they asked me to return the product at my expense, pay for the original carriage and a 15% handling fee.

Claim now to Amex. Using addresses that look like it a uk company

The worst company ever.
I have sent them videos of the vaccum cleaner not vacuuming up dust and "Cindy" advised that the vacuum cleaner wasn't to be used that way. I asked what else was it to do but vacuum up dust and that was the intention I bought it. They are a complete joke. Over a week now of them ignoring the fact they sent me a faulty product

Bought the robot vacuum 2 months ago, thr dustbin/watertank seal broke which caused the water tank to get a cracked in it, they are refusing to fix it. DO NOT BUY

The telescopic tube was faulty on the hoover that arrived. I'm looking for a refund, they're giving me the runaround, they want me to pay to send it back to China. I keep asking for a full refund as it was faulty, not getting anywhere at the moment. I'm fuming. Don't anyone buy off these.

Do not trust this company - they took £250 from me and never delivered the robot hoover I ordered. I’ve been back and forth with them for a month with no resolution. This is a scam, don’t waste your time!

Bought a vacuum cleaner which never worked from day 1. Rejected it immediately and all this company does is ask for videos and photos ignoring the fact that I’ve already formally rejected it. Reminded them on numerous occasions that under UK consumer laws, they must refund in full including return postage. Latest email from them requires me to return it to China at my expense plus cost of sending plus admin fee! I’m liaising with my credit card company

AETHEROS is a scam. They are saying they don't have a record of my order despite my screenshot with the order number. No order confirmation email received, however £245 has been taken from my account to 'Hong Kong'. They just keep saying "send us the email confirmation". But of course I didn't get one. My bank are able to dispute it after 15 days. Fingers crossed. Otherwise that's a lot of lost money. Be careful of some review comparison sites too. Don't use their links!
