Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 82 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people reported significant issues with payments, including offers not being credited, earnings being charged back without clear reasons, and a general refusal to pay out rewards. Customers frequently encountered unresponsive customer service, characterized by automated replies, ignored tickets, and difficulty in reaching a real person for assistance. This often led to frustration, with people feeling their time was wasted and their efforts uncompensated for completed tasks and offers. However, some customers also noted instances of successful payouts, particularly for smaller rewards, and a few reviewers experienced helpful and quick responses from the support team.

As always they just want to scam people…

As always they just want to scam people by luring them to believe high rewards can be achieved.

They posted an offer on Freecash to reach certain levels on a game Highroller Vegas, and as soon as I was halfway through they did not reward anything.

I reached out to them and surprisingly they responded telling me that : "... the game unfortunately stopped tracking your progress, and we did not receive any completion signals. This technical issue with our third-party partners means we cannot verify your interactions with the offer as we normally would. When this occurs, we call it a "tracking failure." Please understand that in these cases, we are unable to manually fix or reset tracking for our members..."

So how this can be a thing? Am I too ignorant or are they too shady?

Well rest assured will not be using their platform or accept their offers.

Total fraudsters!

Defective tracking system, billing fraud, and cowardly silent bans to cover up their mistakes.

I am writing this to expose the disgusting fraud and technical failures of AdGate Media. I accepted a high-paying mobile game offer (Goblins Wood) through their wall on Freecash. To hit the high-tier milestones, I legitimately spent my own real money on 5 in-app purchases via Google Play and achieved Level 22 without any VPNs, emulators, or multiple accounts.

Suddenly, my status was marked as "Reversed / Charged back." When I tried to open the AdGate support panel to file a dispute and submit my receipts, I found out that they had silently banned my device with a generic "This user has been banned for violating our Terms of Service" message. They completely blocked my right to appeal to hide their system defect.

I contacted the game developer directly to investigate, and their official support blew this case wide open. The developer confirmed that my installation source was wrongfully tracked as "inboxdollars_int" on their ledger instead of AdGate Media. The developer explicitly stated: "We have not detected any data transfer errors. Data was automatically transferred to the partner."

This proves AdGate Media’s routing links are completely broken. They misidentify the traffic source, route honest users to a different platform's ledger, let them spend real money, and then trigger automated fraudulent chargebacks claiming "Duplicate offer" or "Fraud." To make it worse, they ban the user immediately so no one can expose their broken tracking scam.

This is a blatant consumer deception and billing fraud. I have already filed formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and escalated this case with the developer’s official transcripts to Google Play upper management for a full refund based on fraud.

Unban my device immediately and manually credit my missing rewards. I have all the legal screenshots and logs from the developer to prove your system failure.

I did a doordash sign up for $88

I did a doordash sign up for $88. I signed up, went through background check, delivered an order and followed all of the requirements. This was completed in Oct 2025 through freecash. They said I had to wait for Adgate even though Adgate ignored and closed my ticket disabling further support. This wasn't just an "offer". I actually had to work expecting $88 for doing it and was ignored.

Shoddy company.

Shoddy company.

Banned me for 'violating' terms of service.
I'm not sure how I've done that, given I downloaded a game and played it for the first time. No VPN, no duplicate accoutss, nothing.

The email service just sends me the same automated message each time.

They've scammed me out of points

Ad gate is the worst company in the…

Ad gate is the worst company in the world. If you're playing any games and add gate is responsible for paying your rewards for paying those games don't hold your breath cuz you'll die before you get it four days ago I put in a request to get paid for a game that I'm playing with them no response no money nothing they don't even regard you as a person they give you a canned response and never get back to you I am currently working with Google to get them removed from Google wallet and Google Play they are chumps they don't communicate with you at all and they refuse to pay out what you get and then they want you to prove everything when they're tracking what you're doing in the first place. I am currently seeking litigation to sue them for breach of contract and bait and switch tactics do not use ad gates games to make money on free cash or anywhere because you will not get paid and they will not get a hold of you. They have the worst customer service in the world worst ever. I actually wish I could give them a negative star , Don't waste your time playing any game supported by AdGate. On top of that they have you allow them to track your playing yet you still have to prove everything. I have yet to be paid roughly 20 bucks for the time I wasted playing palmon. Adgate should be fined for fraud and breach of contract.

AdGate Media is a Fraud

AdGate Media is a Fraud. I played their game “goblins wood” to earn money for completing tasks. As long payments were small everything went easy and smooth. I received payments immediately. But when I reached level 90 for 186 bucks problems started. Not only I haven’t received any money, they told me that tracking on my device doesn’t work. They ignore as proof all payments I already received. Stay away from those cheaters

AdGate media refusing to reward me

Title: AdGate tracking system glitched again - full proof available, need manual creditReview:I am facing another major issue with AdGate Media on Freecash while playing Rock N Cash. I have been playing this casino slot game legally for 3.5 months (the offer has no time limit). I successfully tracked lower levels and Level 300 on June 2nd.However, on June 3rd, AdGate's system glitched and completely bugged out. It shows that higher levels (500, 700, 850) "Started on June 3rd", which is a logical nonsense since I am already at these high levels and finished level 300 a day before.I know AdGate previously stated they would credit me manually only once, but this is a completely new and undeniable technical error on THEIR side. I have 100% solid screenshot evidence of my actual in-game level, my player ID, and timestamps. Freecash support, please look into this and escalate this bug to AdGate management. I earned my rewards honestly after months of playing. My Freecash User ID is: 70136243 user My ID: fsid-70136243-95a70

Scam

Scam. They are not paying for the fulfilled tasks for the games that can be found on freecash.com. They always reply with the same automatic messages (due to some glitch we cant verify the task) and reject the tickets. Waste of time.

It deserves it’s current rating

I have used every app possible and this has BYFAR got to be the worst one. “20 pending offers started” “0 offers completed” when infafact I completed them all and even put money out my pocket towards a couple useless subscriptions.

“Contact support”
They know what they’re doing. My phone don’t track with every other app and platform but all of a sudden not work on this one and it be my fault lol all there’s apps are shady but this one takes the cake.

Shut them down.

Adgate is a scam…

I was working on an offer with Freecash, an offer through Adgate, and I had all my rewards taken back (called a chargeback) with no reasoning as to why. I tried to reach out to them and they said “we did a thorough investigation of your account and it violated our terms of use, so we deactivated your account”. They never stated a direct reason. So still, I have no clue as to why they deactivated it. It feels like they took my money and ran before they paid me any rewards. I’ve been looking at other reviews and this seems to happen to a lot of people. Do not do any offers through Adgate. They will scam you and run with your money without ever telling you what you did wrong because you probably didn’t even do anything wrong.

Scammers

I am writing to report what appears to be fraudulent behavior by AdGate Media. I completed an offer in good faith and spent a significant amount of my time on it. Unfortunately, I have not received the promised reward. When I contacted them, they claimed there was a "tracking issue" and refused to pay me the money I rightfully earned. This is not an isolated incident many other users report the same problem with AdGate (uncredited offers, ignored proofs, and excuses about tracking). I feel scammed and frustrated after wasting my time.

SCAM: Michael A. admitted the glitch but refused to pay $74.65!

ADGATE MEDIA IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST! I completed the "Animal & Coins" offer for $74.65 by reaching Level 250 within 10 days. I have clear screenshots as proof.
One of their representatives, Michael A., explicitly admitted in an email that there was a "technical glitch somewhere" and their tracking failed. Despite admitting the error was on THEIR side, they refused to pay my $74.65 reward and tried to settle it with a pathetic $1 "compensation."
This is a scam to exploit users' hard work. You cannot use your own technical failures as an excuse to steal a user's earned money. I am filing a formal complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and sharing these screenshots on Reddit and all social media. Pay what you owe!
I have attached all the visual evidence (screenshots of Level 250 and your email admitting the glitch) to this review. You cannot deny the facts

UPDATE (March 31): I am giving Freecash and AdGate Media a final 24-hour ultimatum, which ends tomorrow (April 1st) at noon. I have uploaded the IRREFUTABLE visual proof of both my game completion and AdGate’s email admission here: imgur.com.
If my $74.65 is not paid by tomorrow noon, I will officially file my complaint with the BBB and start a massive exposure campaign on Reddit/r/Freecash and all social media platforms. I have the facts, you have my money. Pay me now!"
