SCAM CHINESE COMPANY!
I write this in English so customers from everywhere Can understand.
They sell items as originals but they are just cheap Chinese copies.
They advertise with 30 days return right but they ask you to pay for the sending to China if you want to return a fake non suitable item which you can't use!!
You have to wait 2-3 weeks for the item to come! And then it's wrong!
They send from an office in Malmö Sweden but they want you to ship the wrong item back to China and pay for that!!!!
They use a lot of time back and forward to try to justify themselves !!
KEEP AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS. There are many other serious companies which ship in 2 days and which respect the low!!
They should be closed down and NOT ALLOWED TO SELL IN EUROPE!!
I am going to contact the Consumers Protection Authority about this.

Bought a replacement laptop battery, which a) took about a month to arrive, and b) was completely dead on arrival. Even though the website is Danish, they are shipping from China. Should have had a closer look first 😑

First of all, it's was so frustrating to discover that the order was coming from China and that I had to deal with people that barely speak English!!! I thought it's a local website, I've got fooled by their domain name.

I ordered a laptop charger, they've made a mistake and sent me a completely different model which I cannot use. When I contacted them to return it and get my money back, they sent me a bunch of emails asking for photos of my original adapter. I followed their instructions, and sent them whatever they have requested. Every time they asked for different types of photos! I still did not get my money back, and they are delaying it as much as possible.

Save your money, deal with serious companies not with this scam!!!

Selling crap from China. Chinese site creating international profiles. Lie of time delivery which from 10 days become months. Not helpful with problems fx if item is not working. Stay away!

I ordered a charger a month ago, and I was stupid enough to check trustpilot only after getting a weird looking confirmation email. To my surprise I kept getting tracking information from various email addresses, and the charger did arrive after ~3 weeks. BUT it STOPPED WORKING after less than a week. At least it didn't explode like some other users'...

Scam! No reply to my order, nothing - I called my bank and cancelled my card. Be careful! It’s a gmail address as well and they use the word ‘PayPal’ when taking the money from your bank so you don’t suspect anything. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

The package was missing my contact information therefore GLS couldn't contact me about my package being delivered. I was told by the clerk at GLS that the package had been going back and forth between them and the sender and after the Nth time he had to look up my name in their system to see if he could contact me somehow.
