If ten stars were available I would have given them that… myself, son and sister in law did the canyoning today at Cautley gills. We did the full day experience which I really recommend as it was exactly that. Luke and the team were fantastic. It’s completely worth the money to the extent I would have paid double. They mapped out the route so well and were so professional, they made the day so fun and challenging. We had another women in our group and I would say never worry even if you want to experience this by yourself as you will be welcomed into a group with other people and by the end we all felt like a team.

We will definitely be booking other adventure days with this company. Easy to pay, easy to book… 100% worth the money. This is an experience to last a lifetime and to top it off they provide all the gear you need to complete the adventure, all the training and they will take photos throughout so you can have memories to cherish. We had the best time with Makai - Chris & Adam made us feel welcome and fully informed us of what to expect and went through safety aspects - in an entertaining way, so the briefing was fun, not dull. My 13 year old loved every second and my husbands who hates heights, managed every jump (zero pressure) and loved it too! We will be doing this again next summer!!

After more than 10 days I am still waiting for my refund due to a cancellation of an activity that did not exist.

A great few hours out sea kayaking off Tenby. A lovely way to explore the coast and our son (aged 12) very much enjoyed it too. Our guide Jonah was friendly and knowledgeable, identifying the numerous jelly fish we saw and spotting the peregrine falcon pair which was a rare, special sighting. Booking was simple online - the day had to be changed due to sea conditions but they were communicative and flexible regarding these details.

Great varied experiences for all different tastes of adventure, easy booking process & website to navigate. We were told everything we could need very swiftly and could then just enjoy the trip without worrying.

Booked training. Paid for it. Booked 2 days off from work ( lost money). Booked hotel for 2 nights and didn't received my course. 2 Stars because at least get my money for training back. , 😔

We booked ghyll scrambling but the rain had made the river levels too high so a Plan B was quickly sorted. Innes took us abseiling down a quarry, tunnelling and swimming at the bottom of the quarry. Very cold but really enjoyable! I would recommend this company, good safety, comms and skilled leaders.

What an amazing experience! My girlfriend and I booked a two day hike up Mount Toubkal and it was a beautiful hike, which I would recommend anyone doing! Thanks to Omar for setting up the trip and taking care of everything. We got a pick up from our riad in Marrakech to Imlil and after the hike from Imlil to our next destination. Thanks to our our first class guide and friend Ibrahim the hike was absolutely fantastic! He was great company and very helpful the whole trip and was always ready to help us with any missing gear or answering our questions. So once again thank you Omar and Ibrahim! We are definitely coming back for hiking the Atlas Mountains and I would recommend Omar and Ibrahim to everyone!

My 4 day climb of Toubkal Mountain was a fabulous life experience. Omar and his team were so accommodating and created a perfect hike plan for me. Omar was so responsive to all my questions prior to booking a tour and during the tour. I highly recommend both Omar and his team and the hiking plan. They made you feel so welcome. Abrahim was an excellent guide and was always checking on my well being.
The meals were delicious.

Unfortunately I had to cancel our seaplane flight
the day before our flight as the reminder email gave with a different company, departure location (2hours drive away) and flight to what was originally booked. I was told by the local organiser that it had been caused by a platform error, but I'm not sure where the issue lies.
There was sadly no other availability whilst we were away so we missed out and it was something we had been really looking to.
I'm not sure it's ideal going through a 3rd party as it creates an extra layer of uncertainty. We got our money back very promptly so I can't fault that but it was a one off opportunity to do a seaplane flight in Mauritius that was missed.

I found the website confusing. I wasn't sure if I was booking directly with a business operator or an umbrella company, in the UK or America.
The cancellation policy and pay later options disappeared from the site - and trip advisor got involved.
Fingers crossed that all will be well.

I wanted to book a surprise beginners sailing day for my husband’s 70th birthday. I went on the sight but wasn’t 100% sure about the booking procedure so I sent a message which was answered immediately. Max was very helpful explaining what I would need to do but also said they would help once I give him the present to book it. Very impressed & look forward to seeing my husbands reaction as this is something he’s always wanted to do.

We had a great time with Mohammed as our guide. Omar arranged a last minute booking, got us crampons and let us know what we needed for the big hike. Transport from Marrakech to Imlil was good. We were picked up from where we requested and dropped us off at the busstop. Unfortunately due to weather conditions we could not reach the summit. Defffff going back another time with Omar!!

Complete waste of time. Paid for advanced powerboat course , confirmed it twice , drove all the way to find out it’s a beginer level 2 . Took 10 days to get refunded . Do NOT reccomend
