I had the joy and the opportunity to be part of the AN:RIO retreat in South Africa.
This was far more than just a retreat, it was a life-changing experience that will stay with me for the rest of my life.
From the very beginning, I felt deeply safe, supported, and cared for. The environment that was created allowed me to open up, grow, and face parts of myself with honesty and courage. Through the breathwork, the coaching, and the overall experience, I learned tools and lessons that I know will continue helping me through life’s challenges long after returning home.

What made this experience so special was not only the beauty of South Africa, but also the way everything was held with such presence, professionalism, and heart. I left feeling stronger, more connected to myself, and more capable of facing difficulties with clarity and resilience.

I had such a beautiful and powerful breathwork session with Andy. Honestly, it felt like we met for a reason. From the very beginning, I felt safe, understood, and truly guided. There is something very special about him: his energy, his presence, and the way he works is just incredible.

This experience went much deeper than I expected, and I’m really grateful I gave myself the chance to feel it. It’s a powerful tool and Andy carries it in such a natural and authentic way.

I attended a breathwork journey that didn't only feel liberating, euphoric and nourishing but was also safely and profoundly held at all times. In the beginning we received interesting information about what to expect and what we can use breath for, and then proceeded into the actual breathwork exercises. The space was so well facilitated that it was easy to go inwards and connect with myself on a deep level from the very beginning onwards. This journey was extremely uplifting and I felt amazing afterwards!! The elevated mood lasted long and I still sometimes think back to the valuable insights that I received during the session. I had the opportunity to attend a guided Breathwork session by Andy, and I have to say it’s one of the most intense experiences I’ve ever had. The group integration was amazing, emphasizing teamwork and the mental and emotional aspects. It was very well handled on his part.

Personally, I felt great. Andy is a very professional person with a lot of charisma and someone who, from the first moment, inspires trust.

As a Breathwork practitioner myself, I have to recommend Andy who is incredible. If you’re looking to give yourself a break from stress and daily life, here is an excellent option.
