I needed to place a difficult order…
I needed to place a difficult order from one country to be posted to another. The items were presents, I was a bit anxious if the order could be place let alone get there on time. Nathalie eliminated all my worries and made the whole experience much better than I expected. Truly the best customer service I have ever received, she’s a true asset to your company.
