The customer service at Anaïs are always so kind, quick to respond, and super helpful whenever I have a question.

I bought a candle and glass set from Anaïs as a gift, and it was a total hit. The packaging was gorgeous and felt so thoughtful my friend was blown away. Easily one of the best gifts I've ever given.

I gave my mom the flower candles and rose with wine glasses, and she couldn't stop smiling. She loved them instantly, and it felt amazing to gift her something so beautiful and thoughtful.

My experience has been fantastic. I don't understand the negative reviews at all. These flutes are beautiful and play perfectly!

Omg, the candle packaging is SO pretty! You can really tell they take the time to hand wrap and pack everything with care. It feels super delicate but also really well protected. Opening it honestly feels like unwrapping a gift. LOVEEEE my candles!!!

After waiting two weeks after placing an order, and then reading the reviews on here, I was worried that I just got scammed. I emailed customer service, but they didn't respond until three days later saying they were busier than usual (I ordered during Labor Day weekend) so there was a delay and my item was backordered due to popularity. They offered an additional free candle, and upgraded shipping. They did ship it out two days after that, and it arrived five days after shipping. The wine glasses looked new when I opened them, and it does seem like real crystal (sound test) but I noticed some scratches on the swans, So it seems like the company is not a total scam, just the logistics and the customer service could use some work, and the products are as advertised in my case.

Fast shipping to Canada, and I was pleasantly with the wonderful free candle.

I’ve been shopping with Anaïs Candle for over 3 years now, and I honestly love everything I’ve gotten from them. Their pieces are so unique and beautifully handcrafted. You can really tell how much care goes into each one.I’ve noticed a few negative reviews, but I think that’s pretty unfair. These aren’t mass-produced items. They’re made by hand here in the US. That does mean sometimes shipping takes a little longer, but I’ve always received exactly what I ordered, every single time.In my experience, it’s 100% worth the wait.

I have to say I had a wonderful experience with this company. I ordered those beautiful, seashell champagne glasses with the crystal and they are really beautiful and heavy, they look and feel very elegant. I also ordered two candles and they are lovely, very happy with my purchases. I will definitely buy from them again.

Do not shop from this website. They scam people by taking their money without sending the products, and they don’t respond to emails.

This online store is a scam.

We never received our order. Customer service told us they couldn't find our order and asked for more details. We sent the requested information, and they insisted they couldn't refund us because they couldn't find our order.

I strongly advise against this online store.

My wife ordered multiple pieces of jewelry from them on July 23rd.

After 3 weeks, we haven't received anything.
When we contacted them with our order # and identifications to cancel the order and get a refund, they said they didn't have the order.

We were charged for this order.

I sent them screenshots of the confirmation email. And the haven't answered since.

This company seem to be a big scam, and steals from honest people who see products on their site.

Really bad experience.

I ordered and PAID a CRYSTAL BASKET on January 29, 2025. Almost two months later and still haven' t received it. I tried many times to contact the customercare by email but they never answered. This site is a complete SCAM!!!
