I was referred by my clinician to use Bioboost Vital balance (was called Inflamguard) for a month. I stuck to the daily routine and although there was no "overnight sensation" I did find my sleep improved and my joints were far less painful than previously (suffer from chronic inflammation).

5 stars for feeling the results. I'm 50 and train sports every day, so, active, and wanted something that didn't feel like a chore with mixed results.

I was already sold on the ingredients, there's a lot of info on their site. I've tried a lot of "shakes" and so far I really like how this tastes, and blends easily, very smooth. I like to experiment, and even tried in a fruit smoothie!

I started this about eight weeks ago after a friend recommended it. I’m in perimenopause and was looking for something to support my energy and digestion without adding more to my routine. The vanilla is mild and not sweet at all, which I really appreciate, and I genuinely feel less bloated than I did before.

Tried a few of the more expensive proteins before this. Ended up sticking with the BioBoost Vanilla. It dissolves properly and doesn’t leave that chalky taste at the bottom. First protein I’ve actually finished the whole bag of without getting bored halfway through.

I was recommended cinnamon protein and BioBoost vital balance and after using it, I noticed a shift in my energy levels over the whole day. The advantage is the other nutrients have noticeably built up my immune system. I have subscribed to this and highly recommend it!
