Emerald helped me with a refund

Emerald helped me with a refunded transaction with almost instant help, they were very willing to aid in a refund and very understanding, thank you to the emerald team and escalation team

I need my refund

I purchased an item for 9.99 euros and ended up getting more than 60 euros taken away from my account. Right now the website didn't give me a refund, someone named Eugene told me that if I left a review saying they helped me I would get refunded. The review stays as 1 star until I get my refund.
